Heat was rising within the increasingly popular restaurant 'Eraser' the establishment had been climbing into success for a while now, making quite a name for its self through out Japan. Mainly for it's beautifully delectable Cuisine. Though the almost machine like unit that cared for the creation, preparation and serving of the restaurant's meals was currently at a sort of stand still, the usually such smooth operating staff were all watching or trying to defuse what was now unfolding with their infamous head chef.

Bakugou Katsuki, The owner of one incredibly fiery and short temper was, yet again causing another scene, all of the Eraser staff knew exactly what Bakugou's attitude was like. If it wasn't for his immaculate work ethic and ultimately divine culinary skills the foul tempered male would have been undoubtedly fired by now but he was too valuable to the team, that and the manager was far too exhausted and busy to go through the stress of letting Bakugou go.

The blond attached to the famously explosive temper was hurling a slue of filthy insults to the poor newest addition to the waiting team. Everyone in Eraser had their own unique ways of dealing with the hot-headed chef, most choosing to just stay as far away as possible and make sure to keep any communications to the absolute bare minimum. Those who have been working with him since the beginning were much more daring with their actions, Denki Kaminari and Mina Ashido being the worse.

Now what was it that had caused Bakugou to create such a ruckus during quite a busy part of the evening shift, well this was down to the newest addition to Eraser, Uraraka Ochako. She was an overall good waitress, but today she made the fateful mistake of slipped up in front of quite Frankly the worse person to mess up around. Bakugou had just finished up on the finial touches for three Delectably hand crafted seafood dishes and with a grunt had passed them onto the unsuspecting Uraraka. She timidly took the tray of food, wildly anxious about being near Bakugou she'd heard on countless occasions from numerous staff members about his behaviour so she knew to steered clear of him. but not today.

In an ill timed accident Uraraka had fumbled with the freshly cooked orders and with an honest mistake had bashed her hip into the prep bench and dropped the dishes. The noise of plates crashing as the newly created meals were introducing to the cold concrete floors destroying them to beyond recognition was practically deafening. The entire kitchen had completely frozen, and the poor Uraraka was beginning to tremble at what was going to happen to her. Her eyes winded in fright as she looked up at the terrifying blond male who had stopped mincing the onions to then slowly rotate his body to properly see what had happened, if you watched his incredibly crimson eyes you could practically see the anger begin to pool in his eyes.

"Now Bakugou, it's just an accident, I'll help re-make the dishes," Denki said quickly knowing what was going to unfold so he was trying to defuse the situation. The electric blond had been with Bakugou from the start so he wasn't that fearful of the man.

Bakugou glared down at the brunette, ultimately ignoring Denki's attempts at stopping any form of conflict, "you fucking stupid round face extra," the blond spat, slamming his expensive stainless steel blade onto the prep bench making an awfully loud noise causing Uraraka to flinch. "I'm going to have to re-make those fucking meals, which means we will have to give the customers their dinner for free," he growled furiously, enraged about having to spend extra time re-creating the meals.

"Bakugou, it's ok I'll go apologies to the customers and Sero can help you with the food," Denki said thinking what's he'd come forward with was helpful, but their head chef could be a very unreasonable man. Sero nodded as he walked over to stand next to the energetic blond, grinning with his usual plastered smile, "yeah man happy to help."

"I don't need your help, just fuck off dunce face talk to the customer and apologies for our shit waiting staff," bakugou grunted, Uraraka looking down at her feet knowing the insult was aimed at her, Denki gave her an encouraging wink as he went to exit the kitchen, Sero patted her on the back before going back to his station.

"No need to be so mean Bakubro," Denki smiled cheerfully patting the blonds back, the crimson eyed male scowling back at him, as Denki wondered off to explain the situation to the awaiting customers, those of which were fairly understating thanks to the blonds good people skills they weren't upset about waiting a little extra for their meals.

Time skip

The rest of the evening shift went fairly smoothly, there were little to no incidences, Uraraka stayed as far as humanly possible away from Bakugou which suited him just fine. As the clock hit 11 the majority of the kitchen and waiting staff flooded out the doors of the restaurant to their respective cars driving home into the nigh.

Bakugou had decided, as he did most nights to stay back and prep for the next day, expertly slicing up vegetables and meats ready to be used in his famous meals. Kaminari and Mina had decided to stay back and 'help' therefore Sero opted to hang around for them, much to the annoyance of the head chef.

"Come on Bakugou, you never come out with us, we know tomorrow's your day off so you're definitely free tonight," Denki and Mina both begged as the small group finally left the restaurant. "No, fuck off," the fiery blonde growled, "ugh come on," Mina whined, pulling out the last few syllables of her sentence as she clung onto the quite muscular arm belonging to the blond, "just a couple drinks." Bakugou clicked his tongue, violently shaking off the pink haired girl who just pouted as Bakugou walked away from them. "It's not like you have anything better to do, you have no other friends, we're the only ones who can put up with your shitty attitude," Denki called out, the three of them following Bakugou to his car. "Anything is better than getting drunk with you three shit heads," he growled, flipping them off jumping into his car and speeding off before anything else could be shared, Denki yelling out something he just chose not to listen to.

Bakugou let out a long sigh as he finally made his way away from the three idiots he called work colleagues making it back home swiftly. The blonde lived in a large, expensive apartment complex, being head chef at an extremely favoured restaurant payed well so it was safe to say he lived well off. After unlocking the door to his apartment he chucked his keys against the black marble kitchen bench. It was a lavish place, very neat and tidy everything was modern and had its own place. It just wasn't very homey, one of those place were you felt you couldn't do anything in fear of messing it up, though the prize of the place was the kitchen, it was certainly a sight to behold, this was where Bakugou had spent the most money, saying he needed somewhere to practice and perfect new dishes.

It was ruffly close to twelve and the messy blond was ready for bed it was safe to say this man was a workoholic. Work was always on his mind he was constantly and always striving to be the absolute best, in the long run he wanted to be the owner of the most popular restaurant in Japan and he was well on his way to succeeding in his dream.

After making himself a small bowl of pasta, eating it alone, as he always did at his large empty dining table, katsuki brushed his teeth continuing on his reclusive night routine. The blonde always felt a little empty when away from the fast paste, fiery heat of the kitchen, he had nothing else in his life that's why he always takes on more shifts than anyone else in Eraser. It was only till Aizawa, the manager of Eraser forced him to take at least one day off a week that he actually started taking a break, but with all honesty he hated it.

Bakugou changed into his pare of blue plaid pyjamas and his favourite old skull shirt from when he was younger before clambering into bed, resting into the comfortable warmth of his luxuriously large bed that had never seen anyone other than the solitary blond. After he'd taken his increasingly more intense sleeping medication he allowed them to take affect it took awhile as his body was so used to taking them but he did finally sleep. He's been on increasing doses of Nitrazepam since he left high school, he couldn't get to sleep on his own due to the cripplingly terrifying night terrors that creeped in on him during his long sleepless nights.

Katsuki was in all honesty beginning to unravel. The devastatingly low lack of sleep was slowly becoming detrimental to his health, though the stubborn blond would never admit he was struggling and just continued to push through as if nothing was wrong. He tossed and turned, beginning another exhaustingly restless night sleep, plagued with horrific images that never ceased to end. He couldn't continue this, he was pushing himself to far, he needed a break, a proper break but his mind and body just wouldn't let that happen, Bakugou could not relax and it was becoming dangerous.
