"Mate."

The sandy blond's rough, gravelly voice startled me so much I bumped into the back wall of liquor bottles and felt them tremble. Sending a quick wave of magic over my head to keep them from dropping on it made the dark-haired demon smirk.

"I'm not—that's not—" I started, but was cut off by the vampire.

"She can't be your mate, she's mine," he hissed.

My eyes widened even more if that was possible. "Listen, I'll turn all your asses to frogs if you don't get out of here."

What was my obsession with amphibious reptiles tonight?

The dark-haired demon smiled wider, though it looked mischievous rather than amused.

My jaw dropped. Was that even possible? Sure, they were all hot as hell, but there was no way I could be mated to an other, let alone three of them.

"There has to be a mistake," I said, but my voice came out sounding weaker than I meant it to. I felt it in my heart, a weird sensation of rightness despite their tall, muscular bodies towering over me. While I puzzled out exactly how tall they were, they turned to face each other and seemed to be speaking so quietly I couldn't overhear them with the music still blasting.

The blond demon nodded slightly, then the vamp's lip curled in a silent snarl.

"Um, there's a no fighting policy," I interjected into their little meeting.

They turned at the sound of my voice, the vampire's outraged expression dissipating instantly. The black-haired, self-proclaimed leader of the group offered me a dazzling smile that I was sure had dropped many panties in his lifetime. It definitely wasn't dropping mine, however. A quick glance down reassured me of that fact, despite the stupidity of such a thought.

I folded my arms over my chest, which admittedly lifted my already on-display cleavage and invited three pairs of eyes to my breasts. With a scoff, I drew their attention to promptly return to my face, which was good. I didn't want to have to explain how three sexy men suddenly turned to frogs.

Especially because I could sense every single female in this bar watching them with rapt fascination. Ollie worked the bar like a champ, only sending me a look of concern since I had yet to get the three guys their orders and move on.

Which made me remember the creepy werewolf sitting in the back. I leaned around the blond demon to peer at him, and found that his eyes were locked on the three guys claiming to be my mates.

"What is it?" the vampire asked, somehow sensing my discomfort.

My brows dipped together but I shook my head, hoping to brush off the unwanted attention. I had three others to deal with anyway.

"Allow us to introduce ourselves," the dark-haired demon said, drawing my focus back to him. "I'm Lazeer, but I go by Laz. This is Roth." He gestured to the blond demon, who just nodded by way of greeting.

"And I'm Alex," the vampire added, as though trying to secure some badge of dominance. Up close I realized his eyes were not dark brown but a dark cherry color that could only be detected in the right lighting.

I rolled my eyes. "And hopefully leaving."

Laz chuckled. "Not a chance, witchlette. We want to offer you a deal."

Ollie chose that moment to move in front of me. "Either order drinks or get out. You've been holding up my girl for over ten minutes and as you can see, we're quite busy."
