All credit for the stories of which this fanfiction is based off of go to Swati Teerdhala (The Tiger At Midnight), Michael Dante Dimartino and Bryan Konietzko (Avatar The Last Airbender). I take no credit for the storyline or characters I will be using, nor will I be making money off of this story. I may deviate from the plot a little bit, but I will attempt to stay as close to the source material as I possibly can. Any swearing will be censored/omitted entirely, unless of course said curse word isn't too bad and is in the vocabulary I use when my mom is in the same room or within earshot, but this guideline is put into place somewhat more for my sake than anything else. As much as I wish these base stories were my own, alas, they are not. Frankly, if they were, I would probably have the characters get together right away. Also, if you haven't read The Tiger At Midnight, I highly recommend that you do. It's an amazing book and you can find it at Barnes and Noble. There's also a sequel out called The Archer At Dawn. I read that one as well and I really enjoyed it. Fair warning for those of you who hate romance with a passion, that is the type of novel that The Tiger At Midnight is. Okay, enough with the chit-chat. Let's get on with the story.
