The Hybrid's Mate (Discontinued)

Chapter Three

Connor

It's been a week since I last saw her,when she spilled her coffee all over my shirt. The thing is that I know that she's my mate and that makes me want to protect her. But what would happen when she finds out that am a hybrid. Would she rat me out to the elders? Of course she wouldn't.

Ugh!it's so frastrating thinking about her the entire week and still not be able to hold her as my own.

She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen through out my existence and that got my heart racing and the thought of her being my sent messages to my groin.

Dammit! I need to calm down and think.

'You need to find mate though even though she's a vampire.' My wolf Gail stated.

'what do you mean by she's a vampire?'

' Duh... She's a vampire. I sensed it ever since we meet her. Plus her scent is indeed unique, a mixture of apple and diasies. Listen we gotta find her. NOW!'

' okay we'll got hunting later after that we'll go look for her. You good now?'

' Never been better.'

And with that I made the decision to find my mate vampire or not.
She is mine.

Xavier and Sidney entered my room while Xavier jumped on top of me on the bed while I mentally groaned. Sidney sat on the chair near the bed and just smiled.
He's up to something. I can feel it.

"Dude, what's wrong with you? Lately you've been zoning out a lot. Like a lot." Xavier asked while looking at me seriously as Sidney just stared.

I took a deep breath " I found my mate."

Xaiver's face light up with a smile as he asked"so where is she?"

I stole a glance at Sidney. He's been really quiet since he came in to the room.

"After feeding tonight,I'll find her.okay?"I spoke while getting up and walking out the door.

Few hours later, we arrived at the forest. Sidney wasted no time in catching a deer and completely draining it dumping it's carcass on the forest floor.

Suddenly, I caught a wift of a pleasant scent. Apple and diasies.

'mate' Gail growled.

That means she's some where around in this forest. I immediately lost the appitite to feed and went in search of her.

When I got to a particular section where her scent was accumulated so much I saw her on the floor slowly bleeding out of the side of her head and she wasn't healing like all vampires should.

I immediately ran towards her and picking her up gently while checking the surroundings for any form of danger.

"Connor? I found this a few trees away and thought it might belong to those guys after hybrids from the elders." Sidney spoke out of breath running towards me holding a poisoned dart.

"Seems like they got to her first"I said darkly while taking her home for treatment.

Please baby stay with me.i silently prayed.
