9's POV

The storm ended a few minutes ago, I looked outside after it got eerily quiet. I'm surprised it didn't flood. 3 and 4 and running everywhere again, I don't think they've ever seen rain at all. They been recording and taking pictures of it for a few days, since it started. It's getting lonely, even with 7 around. It just felt empty, but that changed today. It feels like something's happened, something important I'm meant to know about. Something amazing I should know. But there's no time for those lingering thoughts right now, I need to go find the bodies. I can't leave the only parts left of my friends outside in the world to rot away.

7's POV

Me and 9 are about to go find 1, 2, 5, and 6. I told him to leave them be, and stay here, but he keeps insisting to go looking. So I guess we're doing just that. He's been looking at the wall for a while now, must be thinking hard about where we're going first. I say we go to whichever we find first.

9's POV

We left, 7's being a pain in the neck about how she had plans today. I don't think she sees how important this is to me. We've got a long way to walk, so I brought matches for nightfall, some rope I found lying around, essential things. We're heading towards the record player now, I need closure for 5. We're already halfway there, I'm determined enough to keep going. The bridge is broken, so we're going around this huge trench. I feel like someone else is with us, but there's only 4 of us alive since the machine war.

???'s POV

It's cold. Why is it so cold here? Where even is "here?" Where am I? What happened? I can't see. Why can't I see? Where am I hurt? Oh yeah, everything hurts. Add those to my list, I'm blind, I don't know where I am, I don't know what happened, it's absolutely freezing out here, I think I'm soaking wet, I feel like I'm dying, I could go on and on. I only woke up a few seconds ago! What is going on right now? I'm going back to sleep.
