Dream POV

'George!' I screamed.

I saw his dad brutally beat and kick him and I saw George laying on the floor. He didn't move, he seemed to be dead. Blood dripped down on the floor and I couldn't resist myself anymore. I ran towards his father. I was taller than him and I basically jumped him. 'GET OFF HIM.'

'Oh, tell me Clay.'

'WHAT?'

'Are you a faggot?'

I clinched my fist. 'YES, I'M A FAGGOT.'

'So I was right.'

'About what?'

'You being a faggot.'

'What are you going to do now? Beat me to death? Just like you did to your FREAKING SON?'

'I hate him.'

'YOU MADE THAT CLEAR ENOUGH. I'll call the police.'

'What did he tell you? About his black eye?'

'THAT HE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS.'

I saw Sapnap coming closer, he walked away apparently. 'I called the police,' he mumbled.

His dad started running away and slammed the door. I kneeled down next to George and grabbed his shoulders. He started waking up again.

'D-Dream?'

'Are you okay, George? Do we need to call an ambulance?'

He shook his head softly. 'I'm fine.'

'No, you're not.'

'I am. No ambulance please.'

'I'll carry you to the couch.'

I lifted him up and laid him down on the couch. I sat down next to him and rubbed him through his hair.

'Can you get a wet towel and some ice for his face?' I asked Sapnap. He nodded and directly grabbed some. I dabbed the wet towel carefully against his face to remove all blood.

I startled when he suddenly started crying very hard. I started hugging him. 'Cry, Georgie. Let your emotions go.'

His hands grabbed my shirt and he squeezed it tightly. 'I'm in so much pain,' he whispered.

'What can I do, Georgie?' I asked, trying to hold back my tears.

'Do you want to hug me, please?'

I nodded and hugged him tightly against my body. 'Am I hurting you?'

'Everything hurts, you do nothing wrong.'

It took ten more minutes for the police to arrive. Sapnap explained everything and they directly searched the whole area to find Georges dad. We hadn't heard anything from the police since then.

I was still cuddling with George and he fell asleep in my arms whilst crying. Sapnap was sitting on the other couch and he played a little on his phone. When he wasn't looked I softly kissed Georges cheek, but just as I did it, he looked.

'Aww,' he muttered.

'Sorry, I eh- grabbed my chance,' I whispered.

'Cute.'

'Shut up.' I felt George moving softly and he cried again, but in his sleep.

'Is he having a nightmare?' Sapnap asked, noticing it too.

'Au, stop,' George mumbled. He started pushing me away.

'Georgie, wake up.' I shook him awake. He startled and woke up, breathing heavily.

'Dream?' He looked relieved.

'You had a nightmare.'

He snuggled up closer to me. 'Thanks.'

'For what, Georgie?'

'Just everything.'

I smiled at him. He was so extremely cute. I just wished to kiss him, but I would mess everything up if I would. I could resist myself from it and instead hugged him tightly. 'I love you, George. I will always be here to help you.'

'But I'm ugly and fat. I'm worth nothing.'

I let go of him and looked him in the eyes. 'What did you say?'

'That I'm ugly, fat and worth nothing.'

'George,' I started. Tears filled my eyes. 'You're the most handsome guy I have ever seen, you're very thin and you're my whole world. You're worth everything for me.'

'You mean that?'

'Yes, you idiot,' I said with a tear falling down. Our faces were so close. Just a few centimetres and I would be able to taste his beautiful lips. Are they soft? What would they taste like? Strawberry? I noticed I was staring at his lips and quickly looked away. He already saw and he smiled softly. I could see the light pink blush filling his cheeks. I bet my cheeks were bright red at this point. I quickly went back to hugging him and we laid like this until lunch. George slept most of the time and I played some games on my phone with Sap.

'What did you buy?' George asked. His soft and sweet voice sounded so weak. He clearly was in a lot of pain.

'We bought so much,' Sapnap laughed. 'But I think we make some good sandwiches.'

George smiled. 'I like sandwiches.'

'Georgieeee, we also bought chocolate for you and some sweets with biscuits.'

I saw his eyes sparkle a little. 'I haven't had that in so long.'

'That's why we bought it,' I said.

George hugged me once more and stood up. He directly fell down again.

'Georgie, be careful. What does hurt?' Sapnap asked.

'My ribs and upper leg.'

'Lay down on the couch, we will give you your food like that.'

He smiled and whispered something I barely understood.

'I love you.'
