A Kelpie is a mythological creature that takes the form of a decaying horse.
It targets its victims by disguising as a beautiful horse by a river or a small lake.
Its able to hypnotize its victims into tricking them into petting them or even riding it.Once the Kelpie has its victim where it wants it will turn into a decaying horse with kelp and drown them.
The Kelpies skin will stick to the victims and wont be able to get free.
