"Ring a around the Rosie" reefers to the Rosie rash with a red ring around it when you got the sickness
" Pockets full of posies" is talking about how people thought it spread by smell so they filled their pockets with flowers
"Ashes Ashes" is from when kids jumped into the fires as suicide or when they burned the bodies of the sick
"We all fall down" which as it describes it meant we all die
