The 80th Hunger Games

Yeah, uh, hi

Hi there, you guys!

Okay, wow. A lot to say.

It's been a whole year, five months and 8 days. Damn. And yes. I checked and did the math.

So. I've been doing new things. Studying interesting things in school, making new friends. The pic above is me and one of my friends [I'm holding the camera]. My family is growing quickly and it's exciting. Taking up new hobbies, guitar, photography, ect. I'm sure most of you have moved on and stuff but I'm happy for you all. I've been doing pretty good and I hope you are too!

I'm sure you want an explanation and a reason on why it's taken me this long to come back to this book.

Before I do that though, I'd love to thank every single one of you for reading this book up to this far if your still here. And I realize that a year and a half ago, I wasn't the best writer you discovered. I do realize that there are people better than me at tons of other things. But even though I've learned so much more about writing and grammar and all that stuff, I still have more to learn, and I'm eager to.

Thanks to everyone who voted or commented or simply took your time to read this book. It made me feel so proud about myself. Thank you all for doing that. I appreciate all of you.

With that out of the way, here we go.

My explanation is- I'm sure you've seen this with a lot of the other books you read or whatever but- I've lost interest a while ago. Y'know, joined other fandoms and focused on those, got busy with school and I guess moved on. 

I've started re-reading this book again and... It's not that good. XD. Grammar was bad and writing style was bad. It was lacking in descriptions and realistic thoughts and conversations. Improper use of commas and probably periods. And don't get me started on sporadic capitalization. Horrendous. 

Okay... We get it. You hate your writing.

I have no clue who enjoyed this, who has it deep in their library, or who read it just to point out the mistakes. But whichever you are, thanks for giving me a chance.

The reason I am just now coming back to this book is because, hey, it's quarantine and I want to clear up some stuff. Plus I'm bored.

While I haven't been posting anything, I have been writing a completely different fic. It's okay. Better written. Still mistakes and I'm fixing them. The thing is with that one, I'm indecisive on how I want it to go and writing an alternate ending.

Point is, I've been writing, practicing, learning and I think I'm ready to start again.

That's right! I'm still thinking about it, but if it's as easy-ish as it seems, then I think I might want to re-write this book in a way that'll hopefully re-interest you. If not, you don't have to stay. You can forget about this book. But I want to be able to give you guys the book you deserve. 

I'm really sorry for ditching this book and neglecting to address it. But thanks to all for bearing with me hopefully. 

So I think I'm going to unpublish this book, work on it, revising and redoing and stuff, then publish it again in a new and improved book.

I think I'm going to leave this part published and unpublish the rest of the chapters and everything. It's still going to be switching in POV but a little different. Not too different but still so you can see both sides. 

I'm going to try my hardest to give you guys a good book to look forward to.
