I ran downstairs and into the kitchen. I was late for school. "Y/N why are you in a rush?" my mum shouted . "just in case you didn't realise mum i have 5 minuets until i need to be at school and i can't find my bag!" i ran into my baby sisters rooms where i found her chewing my bag "oh Y/S/N!" i ran down the stairs and out the door screaming bye as i left.
i walked into school and the bell hadn't gone yet. I look around at my new surroundings, new faces. i was scared, so so scared. i wasnt concentrating were i was going and walked straight into someone. "ahh, oh my god i'm so sorry!" i looked up and my eyes met this girl. she was so hot with short black hair and these beautiful eyes. she was covered in tattoos but before i could get a good look at them i was snapped back into reality "no no it's fine i wasn't looking where i was going." she said in the deep rich australian accent. we both just stared at each other for about a minute when the bell rang and i asked " oh um so do you know literature class is i'm new so i don't know where i am going haha" she looked at me and scratched the back of her neck "uhh yeah im going there now i'll take you with me." i smiled and said "thanks i'm Y/N by the way." i looked at her, she smiled, she had the most beautiful smile that would light up the whole universe " ruby, i'm ruby and no not at all i love helping people" she said as we walked into the classroom. "ah miss rose and who is this?" the teacher said "Y/N im a new student, started today." i was nervous and i sounded it too. "well you can take a seat at the back of the class" and i did.
i didn't concentrate at all, all i could think about was ruby. the way she would run her fingers through her hair and her voice wow. Ten minuets into the lesson i received a note. i opened it up and it read

i could tell i was blushing, i mean why wouldn't i be. i put my number down and passed it back to her and when she read it she looked back at me and winked. i tried to hold in my blush but i don't think it worked.
