From when I was 1 I was in an orphanage. My mum died and since they couldn't find my father, they decided to place me in an orphanage for witches and wizards. I was the youngest and as I grew, I experimented... not with drink, drugs and sex! God I was only 12! Anyway I just turned 15. I never got to go to Hogwarts, pretty sad, right? Anyway, I need to get ready. They have people coming in that want to adopt us. I throw on a black pair of shorts and a white top. I put on black boots. I smile and do light make up. I go downstairs and Nancy, the owner of the orphanage smiles at us. "They will be here soon" said Nancy. I nod and go have cereal. I finish and Sienna walks over. "Hi. It could be today you get adopted" said Sienna. "Maybe" I said, smiling. We hear the bell. Adoption time. We walk out and I spot this man across the way and his playing with his fingers. I look away and sigh. The man walks over and smiles. "I'm Remus Lupin" said Remus. "Brielle Nova Adams" I said, smiling slightly. "Would you like to be adopted by me?" asked Remus. "Uh sure. I mean, you seem nice" I said. "I am. I am a werewolf" said Remus. "Cool!" I said. Remus chuckles and goes to Nancy. "Are you sure you want to be adopted by a werewolf?" asked Sienna. "I'm sure" I said. She nods and smiles. "Elle? Go pack your bags, sweetie" said Nancy. I smile and nod. I go upstairs and pack my clothes, which is basically nothing.
I go down with my bags and Remus helps me. I say goodbye to everyone and then we leave. "As I was adopting you, I got you a place at Hogwarts. Dumbledore, the headmaster has agreed to come with the sorting hat to get you sorted" said Remus. I nod, smiling. We arrive at this house and go inside. "This is 12 Grimmauld Place, my friend lives here" said Remus. We go into the kitchen and wow.... loads of people. "Remus! You must be his adopted daughter!" said the woman. "Um... yeah. Hi, I'm Brielle Nova.... Lupin, I guess now that I am adopted" I said. Remus nods and I smile. "I'm Molly Weasley and this is my husband, Arthur. This is Fred, George, Ginny and Ron. My kids. I have three more, Bill the oldest, then Charlie, then Percy. Bill and Charlie are away at work. Percy works for the Ministry of Magic." said Molly. "I'm Hermione, Ron's best friend. Our other best friend, Harry Potter should be arriving soon" said Hermione. "OK" I said. "We're twins, if you couldn't tell" said George? "Your George right?" I ask. "Yes. That's Fred. I'm more handsome than him" said George, smirking. I laugh and this man stands up. "Well, I'm Sirius Black" said Sirius. "It's nice to meet you all" I said. An old man pops in and smiles. "You must be Brielle Nova Lupin! Good, just put this on and we shall know your house" said Dumbledore. I nod and he places it on my head.
"A Lupin.... hmmm..... so much like your father..... you are in GRYFFINDOR!" said the hat. I take it off and hand it to Dumbledore. "Look at that, in Gryffindor like Remus. I shall be off, lots to do" said Dumbledore and he apparates away. I look at Remus. "So, um can I unpack?" I ask. "Oh, yes! Let's go" said Remus. We go to a room and I unpack. I go downstairs and sit down. Fred walks over and sits beside me. "So, your now Lupin's daughter" said Fred. "I am" I said, smiling a bit. "Good, he deserves happiness" said Fred. I nod and who I assume is Harry Potter walks inside. He smiles at everyone. "Harry, this is my adopted daughter Brielle Nova" said Remus. "Nice! I finally get a cousin!" said Harry. "Your his uncle?" I ask. "Not biologically, I was best friends with his father, Sirius is his godfather" said Remus. "Oh, right" I said. Harry walks over and hugs me. We have some dinner and then they have a meeting where they kick us out.
Fred smirks and out expandable ears. "Why are you evesdropping?" I ask. "It's a meeting about Voldemort and we want to know about it" said Fred. "Oh, right" I said, nodding. We eventually decide to go to bed. I go inside my room and lie on the bed. I instantly fall asleep.
Hopefully Hogwarts is fun.
