Chapter 12: Am I Useless (pt. 3) [hopefully the actual plot i was tryna get]

Denki POV:

The grin on my face began to fade, slowly being replaced with a frown as I looked at my assigned teammates. My team consisted of Me, Sero, Ibara, and Monoma, while the opposing had Bakugo, Mina, Kirishima, and Kendo. I ran through all of our possibilities of winning this match, and sadly, it was pretty low.

We had strong teammates, that was for sure. However, both Bakugo and Kirishima ended up on the opposing side, meaning that it would be harder to dodge or reflect Bakugo's explosions. On top of that, Monoma's quirk options are limited, the opposing team will most likely not allow him to touch them, causing him to be limited with only our quirks. Ibara may not be able to use her quirk against Bakugo or Mina, because her vines may burn. Thankfully we have Sero, so he can demobilize some people. Our best bet to win this fight is to possibly demobilize the opponents with Sero's tape and my electricity. 

I may not be the brightest in my class, but strategizing is one thing I'm good at.

"The rules are simple. The last one standing wins. I don't want anybody dying, your hero's. You must learn how to control your quirks and capture the villain without causing much harm to yourself or others. Understood. Ready and the match has begun." Aizawa stated, as he stepped away from the training ground to monitor us, Recovery Lady bring close by.

[I've never written a fight scene before so I'm so sorry for what's about to come]
Mina's POV (that's new ain't it uwu):
I gazed across the field look for my opponent. Thankfully we had both Bakugo and Kendo on our team, both of who were good for close attacks. I went over Bakugo's plan in my head as I started to head over to Ibara. Bakugo, obviously, wanted to go against Monoma while he paired the rest of us with an opponent based on our quirks.

I got to say,  for a hothead, the dude knows strategy. I thoughts as I swiftly dodged Ibara vines, changing my acid's consistency and acidity to the max, turning it to an almost gooey consistency. 

I don't have to attack her, I just have to push her out of bounds.

I flicked my wrist, allowing my acid to create an acidic wall between us, pushing Ibara closer to the boundaries.

I see her scowl in annoyance as she tries to think of a way out, before I can react I see her use her vine-like-hair to propel her off the ground and to the other side of my wall.

She stumbles while landing, trying to regain her footing. I use this as an opportunity to attack, as I lunge towards her, pushing her closer towards the boundaries mark once again.
I see her scowl as we continue to fight.

[Moving to the main reason I wrote this causeeee- I can't write fight scenes and I want to finish this chapter soon-]

Meanwhile....

3rd Person POV

Sweat starts to form on Monoma's brow as he dodges yet another relentless attack from Bakugo. Throughout their battle, Monoma has been unable to touch and copy anyone's quirk and has been left to dodge.

Bakugo hurled another explosion towards Monoma's face. Monoma tumbled to the floor, barely dodging the attack, and landing on the floor besides Kaminari, who was currently fighting against Kirishima.

Monoma's options were limited, and Bakugo was getting closer, explosions already forming in his hand. Monoma knew he couldn't just doge all the attacks, he needed to fight back. Monoma reached out and touch Kaminari's leg as he stood up, facing Bakugo.

Monoma POV (holy sh*t- it's the crazy rat man-)

I stared at Bakugo as electricity formed in my hands.

I knew the side effects of Kaminari's quirk. As powerful as it was, there were many drawbacks to be accounted for. For one, I won't be able to control the electricity's flow without Kaminaris gear. And if I use too much my brain could get fried. Heck, for all I know I could die since my body is not accustomed to this much electricity. If I'm not careful, I could hurt myself or my teammates.

Bakugo tried to hit me with a right hook. I grabbed his arm and sent a controlled shock throughout his arm, and body.

I had no practice with this quirk and I don't understand how to fight with it. I've only seen Kaminari fight a few times, most of them ending early due to him frying his brain.

Bakugo silently hissed, and shoved me off his arm, and onto the ground.

Throughout the battle, none of my attacks seemed to have a major effect on Bakugo, and my time with this quirk was running out. My anxiety grew as Bakugo hit me with an explosion aimed for my head. Thankfully, I dodged it.

I'm surprised I'm still fighting for this long. I think as I struck him with yet another bolt of electricity. I can feel my attacks getting weaker, and it's getting harder for me to create electricity. My time with this quirk was almost out, and Bakugo knew that. I had only one option. It was reckless, sure, but I wasn't about to lose this battle without giving it my all.

I concentrate on all the electricity I had left inside me and forced it out, causing an explosion of electricity to explode out of me. (this sounds weird but meh idk how to describe stuff- this whole chapters trashhhhhhh) Bakugo's eyes widened as he saw the wave of electricity burst out of me. In a flash, it was silent.

I breathed a sigh of relief as I looked across the field, most of our opponents had fainted. Kaminari and Kirishima were the only two still standing, asides from me, being that they had made their way to the other side of the battle field.

I looked down at my hands as I felt my 'classmates' look at me with confusion. As I look up I see Kaminari had managed to knock Kirishima out of bounds, making our team victorious.

Later... (I'm getting lazy oki sorry-)

Rat mans POV:

As I walk into the locker rooms to change back into my uniform I see Kaminari sitting in the corner starring at his hands in confusion. I think nothing of it and proceed to leave the locker room after I changed and head to my next class.

Kaminari's POV:
I couldn't understand... Why didn't his brain fry? The electrical charge Monoma released in that battle... he shouldn't be able to function right now... so... why is he.

*OK IM DONE WITH THIS, MY MOTIVATION DIED THERE MAY BE SO MANY ERRORS BUT I TIRED MY BEST- I FINISHED PROOF READING AND SH!T-*
