They are dating

* This chapter is going to be about Ellie's POV about the last chapter. The chapters will only always be from Lottie's pov unless stated otherwise *

POV. Ellie

I woke up around 2:00 AM, when I got up from the bed I looked at the other data in the room until my eyes stopped on Lottie's bed. When I looked at her bed I noticed a small high but not enough to be her, I approached and touched that high, it was just the blankets that had been wrapped around each other, but after all where was she. I started to get worried but maybe she just went for a walk, the day had been very exciting, no matter how much Lottie says she is fine she is not. I tried to convince myself that she was fine and that I didn't need to worry for a few moments until I thought about calling Jamie but I decided to wait until morning if Lottie didn't show up. I decided that I should stay awake until she came back, I started by having fun reading one of the books that Lottie had on her rack very well colored with lights, flowers and objects that I couldn't recognize but that should be from Disney. I quickly finished the book and returned the book to the rack in its place. I walked around the room for 5 minutes while my head traveled with my thoughts until I remembered that I had done math for tomorrow and had to do it. I felt at the desk I turned on the lamp and started my homework, the jobs weren't very difficult and since the math was good, I took the time to do them more calmly while I waited. When I finished my work I started to sleep until I heard movement in the corridor, I pointed the light to the door and saw Lottie come in.

- "Well, well, well." - He said when Lottie entered the room and her face went pale.

- "It looks like someone was late" - I took the light off her face- "Sorry, the light scene was too much, but I was really starting to get worried. When I woke up, I didn't see you and I didn't know where you were."

- "Sorry Ellie, I didn't think about taking too long."

- "And what were you doing? Were you with someone?" - My eyes lit up and I could only think if she would be with someone, that thought hit me in a way I didn't expect but I didn't let on.

- "If I tell you, you have to promise not to tell anyone or your parents, do you?" - she held out her pinky and I returned the gesture - "So that's how it is, how should I tell you. I like Jamie. And after seeing what I saw today I was very hurt and I was not able to sleep so I went for a walk around Rosewood to see if it calmed down and then I found this lake and stayed there for a while when Jamie showed up and then we talked and when I was leaving, he grabbed my wrist and then kissed me so now we're dating and you can't tell anyone you heard. "- she was nervous, I could tell by the way she spoke so fast.

After she told me the story, I was a little confused and was trying to sue and after a while said.

- "So you and Jamie are dating?" - I was smiling from ear to ear, but in fact I was trying to hide the pain I felt when I heard the story.

I already knew the answer to that question, I don't know why I asked, I think I just needed confirmation that it was really true. Now my question was another one, because did it hurt so much to know that she liked someone who was not me. I couldn't like Lottie. These feelings were left behind and couldn't come back, it would destroy our friendship again, I can't let that happen again.

- "Yes" - a small shy smile appeared on her face.

- "OMG !! This is amazing, I am sure you will be beautiful together." - my mind just shouted a lie but my face transmitted happiness and that was how it had to be.
