Eren POV
I woke to no mikasa I was confused I'll till I heard a Faint sob from the bathroom I walk in and there she was in the bathroom corner on the floor broken down in tears
"Hey hey hey baby what wrong" I ask
"Eren it's my birthday soon what if she comes then or before my birthday on the 26th my due dates the 30th and eren what if I have a still birth" said mikasa
"Hey we will deal with it ok"I said hugging her "thank honey for staying with me with all my shit"said mikasa "hey no no no you are fine I'm surprised you stay with me with what I've put you through"said Eren kissing her forehead
"Of course I love you"said mikasa "I love you too"said Eren
Then they hear a knocking at the front door they both head down and it's the kids with Armin

"yeah I understand newborns are hard at first but when they get to toddlers that's the hardest part about having kids"said mikasa
"Haha yeah I know I had three and that why I'm scared if we have three again"said Armin "well good luck bye Armin I'm going back to bed"said mikasa "but mum I have stuff
To show you"said mika "show me tomorrow or later ok"said mikasa walking upstairs

Mikasa grab katana hand and when upstairs to sleep

Time skip it the 26th of October mikasa birthday day
It's the morning and mikasa fast asleep and eren wakes up and go's and gets the kids up and makes breakfast for them and mikasa when mikasa wakes up and no Eren until Eren walks in
"Are your awake baby"said Eren kissing her swollen baby bump "Hmm"said mikasa "what wrong?"Asked Eren "hmm oh I'm hungry what's for breakfast"said mikasa
"hmm oh let me see mikay Titan girls"said Eren "huh"said mikasa looking at the door and mika comes with a tray of food and katana with a drink shaking with titan helping
"Aww Eren, mika, Titan, katana come here"said mikasa
Mika put the food down and eren grabs the drink from Titan and katana and they hug they're mum
"Aww what do with have here"said mikasa look at the food"said mikasa Eren walks off and ring Armin
"Hey Armin did you get it"said Eren
"Yeah I her"said Armin
" good Bring her at mikasa birthday lunch at our house ok"said Eren
