THE HEART'S OF SILENT PLEA

Pumasok kami sa isang club at sumalubong samin ang na pakaingay na sound. The place is packed with people dancing, drinking, and enjoying themselves. Loud music fills the air, lights flash in sync with the beats.

"This is amazing! i needed this so badly!" i shouted na parang baliw

tinawanan naman ako ni sev.

"i know right? It’s been way too long since we went out! "

"Yeah, it’s nice to let loose once in a while." sagot naman ng pinsan ko

I pulls out a pack of cigarettes, offering them to Sev and Sky. Sev takes one, sky hesitates but eventually accepts. i lights up my cigarette and takes a long drag, visibly relaxing.

" I swear, this is the best way to unwind." I said

"I guess it's not so bad." Sky said, attempting to enjoy it

As we enjoy our cigarettes, a guy approaches us. Tiningnan ko s'ya mula ulo hanggang paa. He's well-dressed and has a welcoming smile. walang mauuto sa ganyang ngiti

" Hey, Sky! long time no see!" he approach sky with a smile

"Finn! wow, it’s been ages!" tugon naman ng babae

Me and sev turn to look at Finn, curious. Sky quickly introduces him.

"Guys! this is Finn we used to hang out a lot. Finn, this is my cousin neriah and my friend Sev." hindi naman halatang excited s'ya

"Nice to meet you, Finn." I said tiningnan ko lang kamay n'ya na gets nya naman sguro pinapahiwatig ko kaya binawi nalang nya 

"hey there." sev while grinning parang tanga e

"Nice to meet you both, mind if I join you for a bit?" walang hiyang sabi n'ya

"Sure, join the party!" si sky na ang sumagot

Finn pulls up a chair and sits with us, we continue to chat and enjoy our drinks. Finn orders a round of shots for us, which we gladly accept.

bigla namang sumigaw si Sev while raising her glass "To new friends and wild nights!"

"Cheers!" we said on unison, di naman ako kj

We down our shots, the alcohol adding to the already lively atmosphere. And Finn starts to engage more with me , finding my energy infectious.

"so neriah, what do you do when you’re not lighting up the dance floor?" bulong nya sakin lakas kasi ng music

"i’m a student, studying graphic design. It’s my passion, but tonight’s all about fun!" I laughed

"That’s awesome. I’ve always admired creative people."

lumapit naman si Sev sakin sabay sabing "Careful neriah, I think he’s trying to charm you."

"He’s doing a pretty good job so far." I grinned

The group laughs, and the night continues with more drinks and dancing. Finn and i end up dancing together, our chemistry growing stronger. As the music slows down, we move closer, enjoying the moment.

" You know, I’m really glad i ran into you guys tonight. This has been the most fun I’ve had in a while." he said, while looking to my eyes.

"Me too, It’s been a blast."

And he lean closely , we almost shared a kiss, because of a sudden commotion breaks out in the club, pulling us back to reality. the camera pans to a group of people arguing near the bar.

"What’s going on over there?" iva said with her concerning look

"looks like a fight. Let’s stay out of it." sev managed to say

"Yeah, let’s keep the good vibes going." finn agreed, so as we

We move back to our table, a little more cautious but still enjoying the night. Finn and i continue to chat, sharing stories and getting to know each other better ewan ko ba bakit ko pa to kinakausap

" so, any big plans for the future?"

"Just taking it one day at a time. hoping to travel more, maybe start my own design studio someday." I just shrugged

"That sounds amazing. I’m sure you’ll do great."

And Sev teasing us, kaya pinaka ayaw ko talaga tong babaeng to e "careful Finn, she might recruit you to be her first client."

"i wouldn’t mind that at all." landi gago

As the night progresses, me , sev, iva, and finn, sharing more laughs and enjoying each other’s company. The initial tension fades, replaced by genuine camaraderie.

"I don’t want this night to end."

"Me neither. we should do this more often. " tugon naman ni sev

"Absolutely tonight’s been incredible." he agree
