Pinasa ko na ang resignation letter ko maaga akong gumising ngayon dahil hinatid ko yung mga chikiting ko sa skwelahan half day lang sila basta every Friday. Pupunta nalang ako ngayon sa coffee shop sa May malapit sa skwelahan nila Elise at Ethan hihintayin ko nalang sila habang nag checheck nang emails.

Umorder ako nang cheesecake and iced coffee

Kinuha ko ang laptop sa backpack ko I put it sa table and I turn on the power button while waiting I eat the cheesecake and sip my iced coffee. I need caffeine to wake me up totally since I forgot to drink my coffee. I type the password then enter the password sa wifi sa coffeeshop.
I check already my mails and totally I have lots of unread messages that I need to read ASAP. I reply those important emails like for the publishing company that, and etc.

And also while doing that I continue eating the cheesecake and sipping my iced coffee.

I keep on scrolling and typing, replying the mails. Totally I'm so busy

I keep on scrolling even though yung Ibang emails ko ay 4 or 5 years ago pa pero hindi ko na nireplyan pa yun yung recent lang. Matagal tagal ko na ring hindi naka check sa email ko.

Habang nag pinagpatuloy ko ang pag scroll one email caught my attention it's from @elijahdavid@gmail.com. He sent the mail 4 years ago. I don't know if I should delete or I should read it. I'm shocked and I froze for a minute. I keep on starring the desktop.

I know I already moved on. It's been 4 years already. Curiosity kills me I click the mail from Elijah

I'm speechless I don't know. My feelings is a mix emotions right now. I don't know. I know I already moved on but my heart is hoping like what the. I close my laptop and absorbing what I read and starring the laptop for like 15 minutes. After that I put the gadget on my bag I check my watch and 10 minutes before the dismissal of Ethan and Elise. I decide that I go to the school since 10 minutes nalang before dismissal.
Lumabas na ako sa coffee shop but I froze because of what I saw
Why?

This is not happening really!

"Mom!!"

"Mom are you okay?"
"I'm sorry honey." I said to Ethan who is so worried about what's happening on me.
"Mom why are you spacing out?" Elise said to me
I know they are so curious about what's happening on me.
"Nah honey just work matters." I lie

I keep my self busy for the whole weekend pero may time talaga na napatulala nalang ako sa kawalan.
"Bes, bes!! Are you listening on me?" Sabi sa'kin ni Sammy
"Alam mo bes!! Kanina pa ako salita nang salita dito pero hindi ka naman pala nakikinig!!" Maktol ni Sammy nandito kami kasi ngayon sa apartment She is painting her nails.
"I saw him." Bulalas ko habang nakatitig sa kawalan
"Ha? Anong I saw him ka dyan." Habang pinagpatuloy ni Sammy ang pag mamanicure.
"Elijah David."
