chapter five - a date

When I got home I couldn't help but wonder if Suga was mad at me, I mean I didn't really do anything to him... or did I? My overthinking was keeping me up so I took a melatonin and ended up falling asleep.

"y/n where are you...I miss you so much... why did you leave me...y/n!"

huh what's going on....

I wake up to my phone ringing. "Who's this?" I yawn. "Hey beautiful it's Nishinoya, are you free today?" My eyes widened, "No I had made plans with Kageyama, I'm sorry Noya! Can we reschedule?" There was a long pause, "Yes of course. Just text me when you are available." I smiled, "Okay".

*ding*

I look at my phone and see a text from Kags.

Right now it's 11:30 am but it does take me a while to get ready hmmm... I'll just call Kiyoko and Yachi to help me. After I called, Yachi said she couldn't make it but Kiyoko was on her way.

*30 minutes later*

The door bell rings and I run downstairs to open the door. "Hey Kiyoko." She gives me a warm smile and a hug. Me and Kiyoko walks upstairs to my room when she asked me why I needed her to come over. "Well uh-" I rub my neck, "I need help picking an outfit for today." She looks at me confused. "Are you going on a date?" My eyes widened and my face turned really red. "Well um I don't really know... Kageyama just asked me to hang out with him." She laughed, "Well then let's get you a nice outfit."

Kiyoko had picked a cute outfit for me and did my hair and makeup. I looked in the mirror in shock.

"K-Kiyoko. I LOOK SO GOOD OH MY GOSH!" We both laughed and she took me a picture.

Kiyoko looked at her phone and looked back up at me, "It's 1 pm, I should get going y/n." I nodded and took her downstairs. "Thank you so much for helping me out today." I give her a big hug and then she leaves.

I sit in my kitchen for a while until I hear my door bell ring. I get up and run to open the door. "Hi Kags." I say smiling as he stares at me. "Y-Y/n...you look really pretty." I smiled and nudge his arm, "Thank you Kags! You look pretty too." He blushes and looks away. "Well what are we waiting for let's go!" I exclaimed.

Kageyama didn't tell me where we were going but we were walking for a while. We finally stopped in front of a bunch of cherry blossom trees. I looked around and admired the view... It was so beautiful. "Y/n?" His voice was soft. I turned around to face him, "Yes Kags?" He looked really serious, "I really lik-." Suddenly someone jumped in and said something, "Hey Y/n. I didn't know you were here... with Kageyama." I turn around and see Sugawara. My face turned red, "Sugawara? W-What are you doing here?" I said shocked. "Just admiring the view." I smiled, "Oh okay. Would you like to join us?" I say excitedly. He looks at Kageyama who seemed really mad and nodded. I smiled and all three of us continued walking.

*A few hour later*

"Man I'm hungry." I said as I stretched. "Wanna go get some-" Kageyama got cut off "Wanna get some food y/n?" Suga said. I could definitely feel the tension between the two. I look at my phone to see that it was 8 pm, "Hey guys, I think I'm going to call it a day. I have some studying to do." I said. They both looked at me with puppy eyes, "Awe but it's so early y/n. One more hour at least." Suga whined. I couldn't help but blush, he looked so cute. Kageyama noticed that I blushed and started to get mad. "I want to hang out with you guys more but I really got to go. I'M SORRY-" I said as I started running away from them.

15 minutes pass and I finally arrived home. I walk upstairs to my room as I check my instagram and upload the picture Kiyoko had took of me.

"Today was stressful." I giggle to myself as I put my pj's on.

*ring*

My door bell? Who could it possibly be at this time?
