chapter fourteen - solution

"I-I thought I was gone.. you know for a while now?"

"What the hell type of dream did you have? You were sleeping remember? It's morning now!"

"Wait I've been here the whole time? I never left?" I ask him.

"Y/n are you good? Yesterday you were reading your stupid book and fell asleep! Today is a new day duh."

HOLY CRAP I GET IT NOW!

I dragged him out my room and closed the door running back to my desk. "Where's my notebook!" I yell as I pull out my draws wide open. "FOUND IT!" I wrote down my entire experience including the timeline. When I put it all together I totally understand now, while I was in the other universe the time over here was casually going by meaning that in the other universe everything goes by faster. SO IT ALL SEEMS LIKE A DREAM HERE BUT IN REALITY THE OTHER UNIVERSE IS GONG BY AT A DIFFERENT PACE! HOLY SHIT!

I grab my notebook and run downstairs, "MOM!" She looks at me frowning, "What is it y/n?" I catch my breath, "There is a star shower tonight right?"

"Yes, supposedly there'll be a few of those for a couple more days."

A big grin grew across my face, "Okay well can you and Levi make this wish with me! Pretty please!" She shakes her head while crossing her arms, "Will you stop annoying me once I do it?"

"YES!" I give a death stare to Levi. "Okay fine I'll do it too."

"GREAT I LOVE YOU BOTH ! BYE !"

I run out the house going towards my school.

*Back home*

I stretch "ahhh what a long day!"

"Can you be quiet?!" Levi yells from the kitchen.

"You don't have to be rude." I say frowning. I walk up to my room, jumping on my bed. "I'll take a nap."

*Few hours later*

The sound of my mom calling me from downstairs had woke me up. I rubbed my eyes while making my way to the kitchen. "Yeah mom?"

"The star shower is starting right now."

"CRAP, uh this may sound weird but can you both please say I wish to go to the haikyuu world?"

"We did promise you so fine."

"We wish to go to the haikyuu world." We all say in sync.

Nothing happened so we proceeded to have dinner and go to sleep. I was nervous so I had trouble sleeping but I still ended up going to sleep hours later.

*Morning*

I wake up nervously checking the window. Everything seemed normal which frightened me. I remembered I had everyone's numbers so I check my phone. "Crap crap crap... AH!"

I seen everyone's number which made me excited. I walked out my room making my way to my brothers room. "STUPID WAKE UP!" He opens the door in shock. "What happened to us? Where are we?"

"I'll explain to you and mom later okay?"

I grab my clothes and put it on as I run outside. "Pick up pick up pick up...."

"Y/n?! You're back!"

"KENMA! It feels so good to hear your voice again! H-How long has it been since I left?"

"A few days."

I was relieved, "Where are you now? Can we meet?"

"Of course, Let's meet at the beach right now!"

"OKAY BYE!"

I finish putting on my jacket and run to the beach. Everything was back to how it was but this time my family was with me so I didn't have to worry anymore. I finally got to the beach to see everyone.

"W-What's going on?" I say shocked.

"WELCOME BACK Y/N! WE MISSED YOU!" Everyone shouted.

Tears filled my eyes as I ran to hug everyone. "I missed you all so much!"

"Where did you go y/n?" Hinata asked.

"I had to go visit my family! But um their going to move in with me now!"

"That's great!" Sugawara said as he pulled me into a hug. His warmth giving me butterflies.

I walk up to Kenma, "Can we go somewhere private?" He nods his head and we began to walk behind the hotel. "So what happened?"

"I was able to bring back my family! So now I can stay forever!" A few moments later I bury my face into his chest crying. I could hear his heart beat faster and faster, "Y-Y/n?" He pats my head, "Are you okay?" I look up at him with tears in my eyes, "I'm so glad! I thought I would never see you again." Our lips almost touching, "Y/n I really want to-"

"H-Hey y/n! I wanted to welcome you back but I couldn't find you." Kageyama called out. I quickly pull away from Kenma, walking to Kageyama. "Y-Yeah. We should all go back to the group now!" I say nervously.

"Okay." Kageyama says pulling me into a hug.

I smile.

We all walked back to the group. For a few hours everyone danced, laughed, ate, and had fun. It was great to be back but I remembered I had to explain everything to my family.

"I'm sorry to cut the party short but I have to go home! I'll text all of you when I get home! LOVE YOU ALL BYE." I say running towards my house.

I wonder what mom and Levi think.
