Chapter 6

~ Still Delante's P.O.V. ~

I just sat there for a few seconds staring at Blood. He... Wouldn't put me in a cage..? "You won't put me in a cage?" I said softly looking at him. "Well of course I won't. You aren't some animal Delante." He said looking at me not saying anything about my shock that was clearly showing on my face at the moment. I could only nod at him and then I looked away a bit. "I thought you would..." I say softly again. "The prize you want to show everyone, and to be locked away so it can't escape." Blood was watching me as I spoke and then he sighed. "You are a prize but not the one you're thinking of. You are very much a prize to me. So precious, and was once lost." I looked over at him as he spoke, he was looking right at me with something in his eyes.

I didn't get to see what it was before it disappeared. "What do you mean I was lost? All my life. All I've been doing is running from you..." I looked out the window at the morning sun. "You were lost because I lost you at a very important time in my life..." He was still looking at me but when I turned to look at him, and ask what he meant by that, he stood up. "Well we should go get some breakfast right?" He smiled lightly at me and that made me smile a bit back. "Yeah, I'm starving~" Blood smiled at me and stretched a bit. "Well then get up and lets go get some breakfast~" I smiled and got up stretching a bit then he suddenly took my hand and led me out.

~ Blood's P.O.V. ~

I smiled as I led Delante down to breakfast. I stopped him from asking me the question I wasn't ready to answer. We got down to the kitchen and I looked at him smiling.bi only smile around him, I cant loose my reputation with all the other Artists so I have to keep him safe but also show how I actually feel about him. I just hope he realizes before anything happens. "What would you like for breakfast?" He thought for a bit and then smiled at me. "Can I have some waffles and eggs? I haven't had those for a while." He asked shyly looking up at me. I smiles and nodded then went to the fridge and pulled out some eggs and grabbed some waffles out of the freezer popping them in the toaster. "Any specific way you want your eggs?" I asked him as I got out a pan and smiled glancing at him. He was sitting at the island watching me, seeming a bit fascinated. "Oh um I'll have them like you take them. I don't really care." He said smiling a bit then looked off a bit seeming to think about something.

I nodded and made us breakfast then got out our plates and forks along with syrup, butter, salt, pepper, and ketchup. I set everything out and I smiled at Delante. "Please enjoy~" I said and started making my plate. He smiled, thanked me and then started making his plate but stopped a bit. "Um... Do you have any fruit?" I thought for a bit. "Hm let me see." I walked over to the fridge and smiled. "I have strawberries, raspberries and blueberries." I said looking over at him. His face instantly brightened. "Can I have the strawberries and raspberries?" I nodded and took them out setting them next to him. He took them smiling and put some of the strawberries and raspberries on his waffles then started eating. I took a strawberry and ate it as i ate the rest of my food.

After breakfast I had to get us ready for the day so I stood up and put our dishes in the sink. "Okay we need showers and then we have to get going ok?" I looked at him to see him still eating strawberries and I chuckled a bit. "If you keep eating you'll be to sluggish to avoid me~" I teased him. He tensed a bit at what I said and stopped eating. He looked away and set the strawberries down. I looked at him. "I was joking Delante. I'm not going to do anything to you." He glanced up at me. "How do I know what you say is the truth?" He said and looked at me. "You don't that's the surprise." I said smiling. He looked at me trying to figure me out then shrugged and got up. "I guess you're right. Do you have to be all boss like in front of the men?" He asked. "Yeah I do. So please just listen to me and don't cause trouble." "I believe you are speaking to the wrong person. My middle name is trouble~" he said smiling.

I chuckled at him and lead him back into the bedroom grabbing him some clothes. "You can take a shower first ok? I have to go do a few things then I'll be right back to take my shower." I handed him the clothes smiling. He nodded and took them then went into the bathroom that was attached to the bedroom. I combed my hair for now and then went downstairs after changing.

~ Delante's P.O.V. ~

I took the clothes from Blood and went into the bathroom. I heard him leave then I took my shower. I took a longer shower than usual to clean everything off of my skin. I got out, dried off, then I got dressed into the clothes Blood gave me. They were a little big on me but that didn't matter. I was wearing a black pair of sweatpants, and a blue shirt. I tugged on my sweatshirt and then i combed my hair in the bathroom.

I sat out on the balcony looking out at the town, spacing out a bit and I didn't even hear Blood come back into the room. He came out and smiled at me a bit. "Can you go downstairs and wait for me? The guys are going to watch you." I sighed and looked up at him. "Do I have to go? I don't like them and they don't like me... There's bound to be some trouble if not a fight." Blood seemed to think about this for a minute then he sighed.

"You're right but I still need you to go down there. They don't trust you up here alone when I'm in the shower. They think you'll escape." I groaned and rubbed my face. "They're all fucking stupid..." I grumble to myself then get up and stretch before heading to the door. "Oh and Delante." I heard Blood say and I turned around to him waiting for him to go on. "Please try not to cause a fight. I know that they're all stupid but they follow my orders. So that makes me stupid too." He smiled at me and I shook my head smiling a little. "You're King Stupid~" I teased then walked out, not waiting for an answer from him.

As soon as I got downstairs both my arms were grabbed and restrained behind my back. "Hey! What are you-?!" I didn't get to finish my question when a fist connected with my gut making me gasp for air and the cough and groan, slumping down slightly but the two brutes holding my arms held me up. I looked up at the person standing in front of me. He had blond hair and hazel eyes and was wearing a shit eating grin on his face. I scowled at him and then tried to fight off the brutes that were holding my arms.

I twisted out of ones grip and sent a kick back into his knee, making him fall with a grunt of pain and then I spun around and sent a round house kick to the other guys face. I stood in front of the blond haired guy and smirked at him. "If you wanted a fight all you had to do was ask asshat." I leapt forward and threw a punch at him. He dodged and sent one to my side. I moved away a bit wincing but smirking still. "You're not half bad for being stupid." He growled at me like a dog and I raised an eyebrow. "Oh is the puppy angry?" He charged at me and I dodged, making him run into someone else. "Let the fight begin~" I said smirking and went after him.

~ Blood's P.O.V. ~

After my shower I got dressed and I heard shouting from downstairs. I hurried down and saw Delante fighting with Blaze. I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose. "Enough!!" I yelled loudly and everything went quiet. I looked up at them to see Blaze on top of Delante about to choke him. "Blaze you knew the rules!" I growled at him and he flinched away getting off of Delante. Delante slowly got up from the ground and dusted himself off. He had a busted lip and maybe a few bruises but I could tell he did more damage to Blaze.

I went over to Delante and looked at his lip. "Just needs some ice but you'll be fine." I pulled my hand away from his check then looked at Blaze. "You come with me." I said sternly to him and went down a hallway leaving the others behind. "Oh and get Delante some ice now!" I yelled back to them and I heard someone scramble to go get some ice. I smiled a bit to myself as I went through a door and looked back at Blaze who was behind me. I could tell he was trying to stay strong and not let his fear show but I can tell he was scared shitless. I closed the door behind him then I locked the door.
