Chapter 15 (Part 1)

Kendra P.O.V.

The next morning I get up and brush my hair (I took a shower last night) and got dressed. I go down stairs and get some breakfast then head to school.

Walking up to Jenni's locker she looks worried.

"Hey whats wrong?" I asked.

"Oh me, nothing." She said a little shocked.

"Are you sure?" I said. She never gets like this.

"Yea I'm fine" She says nodding.

"Okay...? Hey want to go to the mall after school with Connor and I?"

"Nah cant grounded. Remember?"

"Yea but your parents trust me so I was thinking..."

"Yea thanks but cant."

At that moment the bell rings and we start to head to our first classes.

"Bye text ya later!" I yell.

"Okay bye!" She yells back.

The day goes by in a blur. After i get out of school I get a text from Connor.

C-"Picking you up from school. We're going to the mall. K?"

K-"Perfect! See ya then."

After I texted my parents to say I was going to be a little late, I see Connor drive up. Some girls noticed it was "Connor Franta" and were running to the car and taking pictures. I run up to the car knock on the window and Connor unlocks his door for me.

"Hey." I say and kiss him on the cheek.

"How as your day?" He asked smiling and driving away.

"Good, Jenni was a little weird but ya know the norm.'' I say srugging my shoulders.

"Oh Okay."

"How 'bout your day?'' I asked looking at him.

"Ya know slept till 11, made a video , pranked everyone else , waited for you to get out of school. And ummm... asked you to go to the mall.'' He said glancing at me.

''Wait you just sit and wait for me to get out of school?''

''Yea I mean it's not weird right?''

''Its fine." I say giggling.

** At the mall**

''I cant belived you just slapped her.'' Connor says laughing.

''I couldnt handle her anymore. And we still haven't talked sense.'' I say laughing.

"She must of deserved it.''

''She did. Hey you hungry?'' I say pointing at the food court.

"Yea lets go." Connor says grabbing my hand and pulling me.

Connor and I head to one of the tables.

''What do you want?'' Connor asked.

" Pizza and water. Thank you." I say handing him some money.

''Okay i'll be back.'' He says taking grabbing the money and walking away. I sit there for a little when I see Ricky walking to a table. I was going to call him over but then I saw someone walking behind him. I try not to get noticed by him. He sits down with a girl I dont reconize. They start talking and I pull out my phone because I though i heard it. After a little bit the girl leans in a kisses Ricky. OMG I think to myself. I take a picture and see Ricky doesnt pull back from the girl. When they do Ricky looks happy not sad or guilty.

''Hey I'm back what are you looking at?'' Connor asked handing me my pizza and my money ( that he probaly didnt use).

''Oh who is that with Ricky?" I say looking at them.

''Thats Shelby. Why?'' He asked confused. I get my phone out and show him the picture.

''Wait , why,are you sure? I thought him and Jenni?''

''I know but there they are.'' I say waving at them. ''I 'm sending it to Jenni.'' About to send it to her.

''No dont! Do it after we eat we can spy on them." Connor says grabbing my phone.

''Okay." I say taking a bite of my pizza.

We finish our food and sit there and talk till Ricky leaves. Shelby and him kissed many more times and then left holding hands.

''I'm sending it to Jenni." I say walking out with Connor's arm around my shoulders.

''Okay.'' Connor says with a sigh.

I send Jenni the picture with 'Look who we saw at the mall.'

Connor drives me home. "Goodnight Kendra." He says with a kiss.

"You too Connor.'' I saw with a peck on the cheek.

I didnt get a answer back from Jenni that night. I go inside and change into PJ's. I read a book till I fall asleep.
