Chapter 8:Before the date (Part 2)

After I got off the phone with Kendra I got up and got dressed into high waisted shorts, kombat boots, and a pink flowey shirt. When I looked at the clock I realized it was 8:12. That gives me enough time to put my makeup on, to leave to Kendra's house and help her get ready for her date with Connor.

I decided to walk to her house because it is just such a nice Saturday day, and the weather outside was beautiful and she didn't live that far, it's not because I'm grounded from my car. But my parents don't trust me not to take my car, that they took the keys to it. The only reason I got ground from my car was because I got mad at a girl who has been a bitch since forever ago, so I decided to try and run her over at school until a teacher caught me.

As I walked out of my house and down to the corner of our street I put my headphones in my ears and turned my music on, only to find out I accidently had the volume all the way up and Taylor Swift blasted into my ears.

Once I got to her cute little house which has flowers planted around it, and a literal white picket fence. I took my headphones off and walked to her front porch and knocked on the door.

"Come in" I hear her scream from the living room.

I opened the door to her sitting on the couch and her hair looks like a rats nest.

"Your hair looks terrible" I said laughing. She looked at me with a grin.

"I know i've been trying to make it look good all morning, and I put so much hairspray in it I cant brush through it"

"Go wash your hair" I said. So she got up, went upstairs and I could hear the shower going off.

I stood standing in her living room looking around her house. I knew her mom isn't here because she always works on Saturdays. I walked upstairs into her bedroom and sat on her desk seat looking throught her makeup to see what I could put on her. As I was looking on her desk I noticed a piece of paper all folded up. So I unfolded it, and noticed it was the first of many love notes Justin wrote to her. I knew of all them this one was her favorite. It read

Dear Kendra,
I want you to know that you are an amazing person.
I know that you have days when you feel like you aren't.
Please don't question why people love you. Please don't.
Realize that there are so many things to love about you.
Don't ever question your beauty or your worth.
And on the days that you do I'll be here to remind you why you are special.

When I heard the shower turn off I folded the paper quickly, and put it back in place. She came into the room grabbed the blow dryer and dried her hair. She came back in with her natural straight hair.

"Come here child" I said jumping off of the chair and having her sit in it. I did her makeup perfectly then did her hair. I curled her long brown hair, which looked really good because of her blond highlights. She already had her outfit picked out, so she put it on.

"You look sooooooooo pretty" I told her "You can get any guy"

"Thank you for helping me"She said with a smile.

Then we heard a knock at the door so I stayed upstairs, while she ran down the stairs like a leopard catching it's prey. I could see the door from my angle. She opened it up to a handsome Connor. He's wearing blue jeans, with a dark blue shirt, and on the dark blue shirt that said "Take me to neverland".

As I watched them leave looking out her window and drive away, I went through her stuff to see if I could find anything else. But then for some reason I started feeling sick, so I decided to go home and sleep on the couch.
