#21 - I Made Up My Mind

"No,"

"Not until you tell me what the hell is going on,"

"And who was that baby I saw,"

Taehyung said with a serious look in his eyes. As she heard Taehyung's words, her heart suddenly started to beat for 2 reasons, nervousness and excitement.

"Baby? What are you talking about? Step aside young man we are going home,"

The CEO said firmly but Taehyung did not move an inch from his position.

"You guys know something that I shouldn't right?"

Taehyung said still looking at his dad. The CEO gulped, he intends to keep his promise with Lalisa of keeping everything a secret.

"Taehyung, what has gotten into you?"

The CEO asked as he attempts to go in the limo while Taehyung is still blocking the way.

Taehyung crossed his arms and bowed his head, then he stepped aside letting everyone in.

He silently sat beside Taehyun, his silence surprised the three and Taehyun thought that maybe teasing him a little bit would make him go noisy again.

"Didn't know someone like you could be so quiet,"

Taehyun said hoping to get at least a small reaction but nothing, Taehyung was still bowing his head not making a single sound.

"Say, what did you eat today? You should eat it everyday so that everything is peace and quiet,"

Taehyun said teasing Taehyung again, implying that he's usually so loud. Still no sound from Taehyung and eventually Taehyun gave up as he would just waste his breath talking to a currently muted Taehyung.

Meanwhile in Taehyung's mind

"Was I a babysitter in my past life or something?"

"No! No! Me?! Kim Taehyung?! A babysitter?!"

"My handsome face and great body could never,"

While Taehyung was being quiet as a mouse, all these thoughts are running through his mind. He wanted to uncover the truth that everyone is seemingly hiding from him

They all went back to Taehyung's beach house where they saw Nice waiting there. As Nice saw Taehyung, she immediately ran to him and hugged him, Taehyung however, did not return her hug and just stood there without saying or doing anything.

The CEO faked coughed as Nice lets Taehyung go and she then tried to hug the CEO but the CEO stopped her before she could even lay a strand of hair on him.

"I just wanted to take you home safely, I must get going now,"

The CEO said and started to walk out but Lisa hurriedly said

"Should I-"

She was interrupted before she could even say the third word.

"You can start working tomorrow dear, you just relax for now,"

Taehyung's dad said looking back at Lisa with a smile on his face, Lisa just nodded as they watched the CEO walk out of the house.

Now Nice was concerned and envious, she just saw his fiancé's father smile for the first time to another girl that wasn't even her. "He doesn't even smile at me," Nice thought. In her mind there is definitely something going on between all of them and she wanted to know what it is.

"Say..."

Taehyung's voice caught everyone's attention as it wasn't his usual voice, it was deep, quiet and serious.

The three all looked at him whilst he looked at Nice with a serious look on his face, this made Nice nervous, excited and confused.

Lisa felt that they should leave the two alone and so, she held Taehyun by his shoulders and started to walk towards the stairs to go up to the next story.

"We should break the marriage,"

Taehyung said seriously, Nice's eyes widened and Lisa turned around to look at the two of them with widened eyes also.

"I-I think you're just ti-tired Taehyung yo-you should rest,"

Nice said stuttering trying so hard not to let her tears fall. Taehyung said nothing nd just walked towards Lisa. He went beside her and faced Nice, he pulled her close to him holding her waist and said.

"I made up my mind,"

"Lisa's the one I'm marrying,"
