Operation Warlord

2 weeks after the attack on the GASS base

The runway was busy with planes taking off for Operation Warlord, an offensive attack against Sangvis Ferri with two goals in mind, one: to cripple the enemies supply chain in sector 13 and two: to show that the GASS is not to mess with and that Griffin shall do anything to ensure that Sangvis Ferri will be eliminated

when the last plane was in the air a voice could be heard over the radio "Good morning everyone this is AWACS Overlord, it is currently 9:37 am, the weather expectations for today is death from above! So keep cool and enjoy the flight!"

"hey Falco and Highroller, how do you like the new plane ?" asked Keener while looking to his left to see two A-10's

"i feel powerful , i wonder why we didn't get one of these sooner, this is going to make Swiss cheese out of the enemies!"

"this is why they trained us for 2 weeks in simulation High Roller, these will turn the tide of the battlefield on the ground in an instance"

"our most capable pilots are now in the cockpit of a plane that can obliterate the enemy in mere seconds, this will end well, too bad the Ease isn't here to see this..."

"yes it sucks Wiki but she can't fly with that injury, it's best that she stays on the ground for a while, doctors said that it can worsen if she pulled high G moves"

after refueling from a New Soviet Union Iljoesjin Il-78 tanker aircraft

"thank you pilots of the New Soviet Union! i would pay you with vodka but i think you already have enough!"

"my stomach turns inside out when i hear that so please for the love of God stop talking about it" he says in a tone of sickness

the sound of an missile locking on broke the chattering making the pilots cleng themselves to their seats

"good luck hunting out and remember : Overlord is watching!"

the 4 F16's went ahead and scouted the area, as soon as they reached the AO a missile got launched towards Wiki

"deploying flares!" the flares spreaded behind her plane and diverted the missile towards it

"Falco Eye High Roller we got 4 SAM sites here, take them down at once!" Wiki screamed into the comms while watching as the SAMs locking on herself and her fellow pilots, seconds later she could hear another missile locking on while having her finger ready to launch another wave of flares, then the sights of missile's hitting the SAM sites one after another could be seeing as it lit up the enviroment with a bright yellow colour

"all SAM sites confirmed down, good hits with the AGM-65's Falco Eye and High Roller!" shouted Overlord over the comms while the SAM sites burned down below "targets are several storages, take them out with the 2 Hydra 70's, if you spot any enemy ground movement take them out with your 30mm GAU Avenger cannon, the rest of you will ensure that air superiority will be on our side, good luck!"
