CHAPTER 2

Hugo's POV
Me and Sofia were in a library and reading some books. We love to read, i mean i like to read but she really loves to read a lot. She never told me what she's usually reading. Hmm maybe it's adventure? Or fantasy? Or romance? Probabyl adventures and romance together.
We were sitting on the floor, next to each other leaning against big bookshelves.
I lean closer to her to catch a glimpse of her page she was on.

'The prince never knew what love is, his parents never loved him, but someone in his life has taught him about love.'
I read it to myself.
Hmm seems interesting.

"What you're reading there princes? Perhaps a prince?"

I smirked at her by her sudden reaction, she was blushing so hard. So cute.

"Err... It's really nothing."

"It sounds pretty romantic to me. I thought you like that kind of stuff."

"Well i do, believe me when i say this book is really good. You should try it."

"You know i couldn't read that, when i have my own fairy tail."

I looked her deeply in the eyes. She doesn't know that i secretly like that kind of books too. I don't want to sound so cheesy.

"You know i love more adventure or action, it's way more interesting."

"Well have you even tried this?"

She shows me the cover of the book, it says 'The prince who's found love'.
Waiit that sounds so familiar. Oh wait... I read that hehehe. Great book.

"I don't know, what do you think?"

She put her thoughts in to it before giving me her answer.

"Yes, but you don't want to admit that you like them."

"I will tell you my real thoughts if you give me your secret first."

I leaned closer to her.

"W-what secret?"

"I know you like to read some dirty stuff sugar."

"N-noo."

"Oh i think you do. Remember i will tell you my secret."

"Yes i love to read that. There you happy now?"

"Very much."

I laughed at her by her cute reaction. Why everything she does is cute.

"You know I'm waiting for your answer."

"As promised i will. Soo that book you're reading. I read it already."

"REALLY?? This is no joke right? I mean this book right here?"

"Yes. This book right here. I actually liked it. It was one of my first books of romance that i read. I am reading some of romance books."

I lightly smiled at her.

"Wow i can't believe it. All this time i fighting with you when you were.. AGHHH."

"Oh baby i love you too."

She was a little pissed off and accidentally hit her head on the bookshelf. I hear some shuffling books from upper shelves. I reacted on instinct and stand in front of Sofia so i was covering her and shielding her. I felt some books hit my head and my back.

When they stop i backed away.

"You need to be more careful sugar."

She wad sure shocked by this.

"You can't just take a hit for me and then make it look like nothing. Noe turn around so i can check your back and head."

I pulled a grin on my face and turned around.

"T-thank you Hugo."

Thank god i protected her right on time. She didn't hit head lightly on bookshelves yet with her back she hit it.

"You know i don't want you to get hurt but you didn't have to do that." she said it with a worried and a little bit sad tone in voice.

"Don't ever say that. I need to protect you. What would i do if something happens to you? What would i do if something happens to the baby? I couldn't forgive myself. I love you Sof and i will protect you with all my life, forever."

She pulled my shirt down and hugged me from the back.

"Stay by my side. It doesn't have to be forever. Even if it's just for now."

(A/N:Banana Fish😭😭😭im sorry i had to use this sentence.)

She pulled away from a hug i turned around and gave her a tight hug but not to tightly thinking of baby in her not to hurt.

"Whatever you say Sofia."

When i use her full first name she knows im serious about what i said.

"But Sofia i really want it to be forever."

We stayed in that pose for a little before it turned into cuddling and more reading.
We started to return the books on their shelves that fell off.
Later on we went to lunch but decided to go out.

We were going to some restaurant again but we agreed never to go to the restaurant where *cough* a guy was all over my girl *cough*. So there's this new restaurant that recently opened.
It looked beautiful. There were plants on some shelves and other kinds of flowers. The open windows that let so many light in. The space was so more open that way. The restaurant was more of a caffe than a restaurant. It was homie style. I like it.

We sat at some booth and waited for someone to take our orders.
Finally a young waiter came. He was around my age i think. Sofia was still deciding what to get while i already knew.

"Hello i will be at your service today. What would you like to order?"

The waiter seemed polite. He even smiled brightly. He must really love this job.

Sofia looked up from menue and made a little noise of a suprise.
I looker at her, she was looking at the waiter like she was scared?
I looked at waiter and he had the same expression on his face. Im so confused.

"S-sof?" he asked unsured? He even used her nickname, wait he knows her?

"W-will?!"

She knows him too! How do they know each other. Well this will be interesting.

Hii guyss. Sorry for the long wait. I hope it was worth it.
So new book and a new character or should i say my new OC?
