CHAPTER 7

Jade's POV
So now im looked up in Sofia's room with my crush. How did i not saw this coming from Sof.
Andd... I confessed to him... Yeah. I don't know how he will react so i just faced the floor and fiddled my fingers on my shirt.

Suddenly i felt a warm pair of hands against mine. I was so scared to look him in the face.

"Jade?"

I didn't respond.

"Jade? Please look at me."

James's POV
(A/N:at this point i didn't know who's POV im gonna go with. So i switched in this chapter a lot... Just bare this okay if you don't like it.)

I couldn't believe she confessed to me. Ohh wait.... IT'S MUTUAL. WE BOTH LIKE EACH OTHER. But now she isn't looking me in the eyes.

"Jade i like you too." she finally looked me straight in the eyes.

"What?"

"I like you and i think i also falling for you."

I laughed awkwardly.

Jade's POV
Wait did he said he feels the same. My heart is beating so fast that it might jump right out of me. I can die happily.

"What? How? When? I mean why m-"

He cut me off from my rumbling "Hey! Calm down."

"Sorry."

"Jade. When we first met i though you're a funny girl. When we spent some time together i saw some sides of you that i love. Like how you like to read, or have very good sense of humour, you're beautiful."

"Wow. I thought i was invisible to you or that you didn't care for me."

"No it's not like that."

"I started liking you right when i first saw you. It was love at first sight."

"Yeah that's it."

"I like you James."

"I like you too Jade."

James's POV
I closed the distance between us and kissed her softly. She was shocked at first but soon returned the kiss.
I melted in her soft lips. We parted for air as we break apart.
As we were about to kiss again. The door opens

"Sorry did we interrupt something?" Hugo snickered.

"We can leave you so you can finish what you started." Sofia said.

Jade:Sofia can i talk to you in private? Now?

"I will talk to you Hugo."

Hugo and Sofia just looked at each other with the looks 'Shit we're screwed.' Hell yeah you are.

I exithed the room with Hugo and went to my room.
Sofia and Jade stayed in the room.

Sofia's POV
"I hate you." Jade said.

"Yeah i know." there was a little silence.

"So how's the kiss?"

"Oh shut up you idiot.
....It was amazing. It was like magic. Still couldn't you found a litte nicer way of getting us alone instead of locking us in."

"Where's the fun in that?" she smiled.

I'm glad i can have this kind of relationship with Jade. She means so much to me. Im so happy she found someone who loves her just as much as she does.

"Im so happy for you. You and James belong together."

"Thank you. Just like you and Hugo belong."

We shared a warm hug.
She patted me on the belly.

"Take care you two. I need to... Umm... Go to."

"We will. Just go. We'll talk later wih Ruby okay?" i winked at her.

"It's a deal. Bye Sof."

Just as she opened the door, James and Hugo stood outside ready to knock.

Now between James and Hugo.
James's POV
"What the hell is wrong with you two?"

"Bro we only wanted to help?"

"You couldn't make it a little nicer than this if you decided to help?"

"Sofia's idea and i helped so i think we made a pretty good job. You're together right?"

"We just kissed nothing else because someone interrupted us." i said annoyingly.

"Look im sorry. I just want my best friend to be happy that's all. I didn't even know you like her but when Sof told me. I wanted to help you more than anything."

"Wow Hugo, you actually do have a heart."

"Is that bad if i have?" we both laughed.

"You can thank Sofia for that, she changed me James."

"I will, one day. But today i will just thank the both of you for doing this for me, for us actually."

"Anytime bro."

We both smiled and fistbumped. Our friendship has a strong bond. I'm glad i have someone like Hugo as my friend.

"We should go. Girls are probably waiting for us." i say a little flustered, remembering what happened a few minutes ago.

"Okay Romeo. Go see your Juliet. Me and Sof we'll be heading home."

"See you bud."

"Yeah, see ya."

As we went to Sofia's room ready to knock, the doors spread wide open.

Hugo:Come one babe, let's leave those two loverbirds alone.
Sof:I agree. Let's go home.

I went to Jade side. Before i said anything to Jade i quickly turned around and saw Hugo and Sof intertwining their hands together and smiling at each other.

"Sofia wait!"

Sof:James? Is everything okay?

"I just to say thank you."

Her worried expression was replaced by big smile.

"Anytime James." And so they left.

I returned to Jade.

"Hey are we together?" she asked me.

I didn't answer her question. I just kissed her in return.

"Did that answer your question?"

She quickly nodded and then kissed. I eagerly returned it.

Hugo's POV
"So what do you think? Will they get married?" i asked my wife, it was sudden question since they just got together. I asked her out of joke because i didn't expect her to say this "They will. They're perfect for each other, just like we are."
She gripped my hand tighter in reassuring me.

I lowered my head and kissed her softly the lips.

"I love you. Did you know that?" i ask with a big grin on my face.

"I love you too. Yes i know."

We sharred another kiss before entering the carriage to our way home.
