Cats POV

Jadey hasn't been at school for a while. Nobody knows where she is and it's bringing a tension to the group. I don't know what to do, I miss her. Without her, class isn't the same. Her locker remains closed, no dramatic slamming of the metal door or scissors falling to the floor. The entire school seems quiet, even at lunch it feels like everyone's whispering. I hope Jadey comes back to school soon.

Becks POV

     I've texted, called and even went to Jades house but she didn't answer my texts, calls or pleading outside her window. I took my flirting with that Sydney girl too far. I should've never even flirted in the first place, Jades pissed. Once she finally answers one of my texts I'll take her out to eat and watch a movie with her and everything will go back to normal.
It has too.

Andres POV

     Jade hasn't been in school for about a week now. No one brings it up but I can tell we all are getting nervous. Beck brings up every once in awhile that Jade hasn't answered his calls but reassures us that Jades ok.
"Her dad would call me if something was wrong" we always nod but I'm not too sure.
I got a bad feeling about this.

Robbies POV

     I thought that the day Jade West didn't show up to school would be a relaxing stress free day, it has proven to be the opposite. It's been a week without West being at school, I have a knot in my stomach that has been there since the first day she didn't come to school. I can tell everyones a bit on edge ever since Jade hasn't answered a phone call or house visit. Toris  always trying to brighten the mood
"Hey well, now we can talk about ducks and... the word panties! Ooooh today's a great day to discuss wet door knobs!"
She always tries to joke about Jades absence but no one finds it funny, sure, a dry laugh here and there but it would've been funnier if Jade had been there to mock Tori in her southern bell accent, or as I like to call it, her "Toricent"

Becks POV

     My phones rings during Sikowitz class, Sikowitz and I make eye contact before he nods at me and gives me to go-to, to leave the class and answer my phone. It's not like I'd be missing anything in class. Sikowitz has been struggling with teaching the class at all for the past 2 weeks that Jades been gone.

"Hello?" I say into the phone

"Hello Beck. This is Jades father. I.. I don't know how to tell you this but Jade killed herself last Thursda-"

I drop the phone before he can finish, my knees give way and I buckle underneath myself. I slowly sink onto the tile flooring, cradling myself as I sob.
Jade west. Dead. Gone. Just like that. How could I not see this coming? I'm her fucking boyfriend.
"clearly not a good one" a tiny voice in my head pesters.
I cry into the crook of my elbow. I sit like that until the bell rings. Hundreds of students walk past me.
I continue crying as the pad past me, the sobs racking through my body before I feel a gentle hand land on my back.
I look up, wiping my eyes free of tears, to see Cat Valentine standing before me with a very concerned look on her face.
"Beck? You ok?" She says softly
I glance around the now almost empty hallway before patting the floor next to me to offer Cat to sit down.
"Jades dad called." My voice cracks
"Is she ok?" Cat says, her eyes filling with hope.
I break our eye contact. Choosing to look at my fiddling hands instead.
"Beck... is Jade ok?"  Cat asks again, slower this time.
"Cat... Jades dead." I finally say. My voice cracking. I cant look at Cat. I can't bear to. There's a long silence before I hear a gut renching scream, I hold Cat as she gasps for air and sobs, I lean onto her shoulder and cry, harder then I've ever cried before.
I don't know how much time went by but neither Cat or I cared.

"Uh, Lane called us into his office and told us to check on you cause he thought you'd tell us more cause we're close.." Andres voice drifts off as he comes closer and see me and Cat crying.
"Woah.. What happened?" Tori says as she walks up from behind Andre
"Guys.." I can barely whisper, my voice is almost gone after I've cried so much.
"What?" Andre, Tori and Robbie reply in unison
"Jades dead."
