Jisoo watched Lisa glance around the room quietly observing the wedding guests as they walk through the hall, chatting and drinking. So far everyone has arrived but Jungkook, whose flight was pushed late so he had to miss the ceremony.
Young-ji and Jackson were happily greeting their guests with entangled hands. Jisoo smiled at how happy they looked, hoping that someday she will experience true love as well. She looks down at the wine in her hand, swishing it around the glass.
She looks up and her eyes travel across the room, spotting an energetic Jennie and Taehyung talking, since Jisoo was the one who helped them reconcile, she wasn't surprised like the others. RM walks over to join them sending a glare at Jennie before beginning striking up a conversation with Tae.
She spots Rosé and Jimin talking, not missing the blush that creeps up both of their cheeks every so often.
As she continues to observe the guests, her eyes catch on Jin talking to her father. Wait. What? Her father? What on earth could Jin be talking to her father about.
She grabs Lisa's hand and ignoring the youngest's protests, pulls her towards her father and Jin.
"Hi Dad" Jisoo said as she kissed her Dad's cheek. "Hey Jichu, how has your work been?" He said, smiling fondly at his daughter. Lisa bowed to both of them sending a questioning look to Jisoo.
"It has been fine, work at the cafe has been busy lately, but I am enjoying it." At this Jin scoffed, Jisoo side-eyed him and with a fake smile she turned to him and said, "Oh hello Jinie, how have you been, it sure has been a long time since we last saw each other."
He pursed his lips, "likewise." He turns and bows to Jisoo's father, "it has been a pleasure talking to you, Mr. Kim but I should probably give you some time with your daughter." At that, he turns around, gives Jisoo one last look, and leaves.
