Chapter 3: Never Let Go.

night time comes, you're all still in the common room.
Ron: "i'm gonna head to bed."
everyone else: "yeah us too."
y/n: "i'm gonna stay down here for a bit."
Fred: "actually i'll stay down here with y/n so she isn't alone."
you smile at him, he shoots a soft smile back.
Ron: "ok sounds good."
Hermione: "that's nice of you Fred!"
George: "don't be TOOO loud."
he smirks
you throw a pillow at him again.
everyone goes to they're dorms leaving you and Fred in the common room.
your sat right in front of the fire, your knees up to your chest making you able to rest your head.
you feel Fred sit down behind you.
he starts playing with your hair.
Fred: "you look tired."
you laugh
y/n: "as do you!"
he starts to put your hair in a loose braid.
he pulls you into his lap once he's done, wrapping his arms around your waist tightly.
you lay your head back onto his shoulder and he places soft kisses down your neck.
you shift your body a bit as it tickles, but feels good of course.
he laughs and stops.
he turns you around so your facing him and he hugs you as tight as possible.
he whispers into your ear.
Fred: "i love you y/n."
you pull your head back to look at him.
you smile.
he smiles back nervously waiting for your response.
y/n: "i love you too fred. i always have. it's always been you, never anyone else."
he smiles even bigger and kisses you passionately.
Fred: "w-will you.. be my g-girlfriend?"
y/n: "of course!"
you kiss him again and smile.
he picks you up and carries you to your dorm, setting you on your bed gently.
he lays next to you and you move towards him, he pulls you close to him, no gap between your bodies.
he holds you tightly.
Fred: "i love holding you like this."
he smiles.
y/n: "then never let go."
he kisses you once more letting out a soft smile, you guys fall asleep in each other's arms.
