They all talked for an hour or so until Sonic Asked Tails if he could go to Lost Palace Tomorrow, Tails accepted and they were just leaving when

Tails' Mom Walked up to Sonic and said
"Please keep my Son Safe, he can sometimes bite off more than he can chew and end up hurt physically or emotionally. I'm trusting you, Sonic."
"Your Son is special,, I don't know what it is about him but he seems different. I'll protect him no matter what! I won't let you down!"
