A few months ago after they performed the forbidden celestial ritual, Irene who fell into a deepest slumber of her life as her black hair that turns into hue of silver, hasn't full awake yet so the married couple let their eldest daughter stays at Dr. Lee's clinic while Joohyun decided to lived with them. Seungwan who always beside her girlfriend was the one whose taking care of the unconscious latter, the Choi couple was really saddened by the news of the eldest Kim daughter fell into coma, Seulgi having progress with Joohyun as her friend. Meanwhile, as an exchange of Irene's presence, she was the one who attends her school, she possessed a smart, shy and calm behavior in opposite with Irene's hot tempered and straightforward attitude. Seulgi enjoys her company that she picks her up when they walked home, Joohyun was very fond of her crush and enjoys her company too.

"So, you're liking my sister's twinnie?" Yeri teases the older unnie who decided to study at the Kim's residence and joins Joohyun for an upcoming exams.

"What are you saying?" Seulgi denies the allegations but deep inside she's liking Joohyun so much but not because she possessed the same features with Irene because she has the personality that Seulgi loves.

"Denial Queen." Yeri take the game console from her older sister's room before she quickly went out while teasing Seulgi whose face turns as red as the tomatoes.

"Seulgi?" Joohyun finish washing up after they got home from school and decided to study with her neighbor.

"Do you want me to teach you?" Joohyun asked shyly while she sat across her crush.

"Yes, I'm not good with Math." Seulgi lied because she's the ace in Math inside their class alongside with Seungwan.

"Okay, so I have to teach you the first step in solving the problem of this formula, is that alright with you?" Joohyun suggested before she saw Seulgi slightly nod and they proceed studying together.

"She's not showing any respond since she stays here at my clinic." Dr. Lee sighed deeply as she checks any vital sign of Irene's slow recovery.

"Please do your best to stay alive." Seungwan pleaded as she wakes up with sleeping Irene everyday.

"I don't how long it will take for her to wake up and I couldn't predict when and how she will wakes up from her deep slumber or worst she wouldn't wake up forever." Dr. Lee pats Seungwan's shoulder before she left the latter beside Irene's bed. The doctor already informed the married couple and they it's hard for them to accept their daughter's fate so they focus their attention towards Joohyun instead who acts as Irene's replica.

"Irene ah? Please stay with me for so long, okay? I will wait for you." Seungwan place a soft kisses into Irene's warm hand before she fell asleep.

A FEW YEARS LATER

More later lonely days have passed but still no sign of Irene waking up until Seungwan decided to left for college and study hard to be a great and the best doctor in South Korea, she flew to Germany and study well but she never forget to visit her unconscious girlfriend at Dr. Lee's clinic. Meanwhile, TaeYeon and Tiffany expecting their third child and lived happily with Joohyun and Yeri while Seulgi courted Irene's inner Yang and they officially got together for awhile now as for Yeri, she decided to take a degree in Law at Seoul Prosecutor Academy in Itaewon.

"She still has no signs yet?" TaeYeon asked Dr. Lee but they've been hopeless for Irene opposite with Seungwan who has the hope that Irene will live and survive.
