Shhh I don't kiss and tell

BRENNEN'S POV

"Ready to go beautiful?" I asked when Julia opened the door. Wow she looked gorgeous!

I take her hand and walk her to the car. The whole ride I was doing my best to flirt with her and I think it's working, she's so red and giggling.

We pull into the restaurant and walk inside. "Reservation for two" I say.

"What's the name?" The lady asks back.

"Brennen."

"Okay right this way!" she leads us to the table were I pull out the chair for Julia "What a gentlemen!" She says kind of giggling again.

We order our meals. While we ate we talked and I learned so much about her. From her HATING mayo to her playing the clarinet and being section leader at her old high school.

As we were leaving the restaurant I reached over to hold her hand. Her fingers interlaced with mine, her hand fit perfectly in mine.

We were driving back to her house and she was talking about some concert she went to last year, but all I keep thinking of is how beautiful she is and how lucky I am to have gone out with her tonight. I it wasn't for that target run I would have never met her. How crazy is that, with such a small decision my life was changed for the better.

Her house was a street away and I didn't want to say goodnight so I made a quick right turn which took us to the parking lot of the beach.

"Where are we going?" She asked in a cute confused voice.

"It's a surprise!" I say back to her.

"Umm Brennen, it's no surprise we are at the beach." se said sarcastically.

I giggled and said, "oh that's not the surprise!" She looked at me half scared, half exited.

We get out of the car and I take her hand and lead her to the rocks. I help her up them and we walk to the edge that looks off into the ocean. There was a beautiful sunset with all these beautiful colors, but is was nowhere as beautiful as her!

"Wow, this is so beautiful!!" Julia says mesmerized.

"I know only one thing more beautiful than this." I say.

"Oh really, what is it?" She asked.

"You." with that I grab her waist and lean in for a kiss. Our lips crashed together and moved in perfect sync. I swiped my lip across her's asking for permission. She opens her mouth and our tongues explored. It. Was. Amazing.

We pull apart and Julia says, "That was just, wow!"

I couldn't keep it in any longer, I had to tell her. "Julia, since the moment I laid eyes on you, I knew you were special. I love spending time with you and I only want to spend even more time. I guess what I'm trying to say is, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Yes!!! Of course!!" She said back all exited.

After that we just went right back to kissing. I can't believe Julia is my girlfriend.
