Like we did with our other battles, we first had to meet up with them in order to be "good sportsman". Once we got to see them, Takeru ran up to Steven at the speed of light and tackled him to the ground.
"I missed you so much Steven!^^" Takeru said to Steven with a big smile on his face. "I-I missed you too Takeru, b-but we just saw each other yesterday", Steven said to Takeru with his face all red. "That's still a long time" Takeru whispered into Steven's ear gently. It was a little awkward to look at, but I was used to it. Monica was giving us inspirational quotes on our way to our spawn points, but I wasn't inspired.
Once the round started, Takeru sprinted towards the other side of Walleye Warehouse to give Steven another hug and tackle him to the ground. I thought this was gonna be a little unfair, but then I realized that Takeru is preventing Steven from battling too, so it was gonna be fine. Everything was going fine, Patricia accidentally tripped in front of me so I splatted her. I saw Mark battle Victor on the boxes in the middle of the stage, I felt like I was watching an anime battle. I think one time I was inking their base and I saw Takeru hugging Steven who was passed out on the ground. I guess Steven must've passed out from all the gayness. One minute was left on the clock and I got a double kill on Daisuke and Patricia. I was pretty sure we were gonna win this. With Takeru taking care of Steven, I don't think we were gonna lose. And it turns out we did win. It was a pretty good match, according to Monica. We were awarded our trophy and I was about head home, but Monica wanted to have a team meeting.
"Monica thinks we kicked butt out there! Really proud of all of us! Let's all do this again some other time" Monica shouted with her cheerful smile and a sporty attitude. "We should! If Steven is there^^" Takeru said with his gleeful smile as bright as the sun. "Meh," Mark and I said in a very monotone voice.
With that meeting done, we all agreed to let Monica keep the trophy and went our separate ways.
