Chapter 2

"Are you okay miss?"

The blonde man questions while staring at you awkwardly.

"Oh, uhm, thanks."

You stare at your corn dog then at him, chuckling lightly.

"I owe you big time, Mister."

Awkwardly, the man lets go of you, avoiding eye contact.

"OooOooO~ What's this? Look everyone, Jay's got—"

The familiar green haired friend of yours appears, he's holding a camera which was pointed at you and Jay.

"Daniel??"

"[Y/n]?"

"You two know each other?"

The three of you stared at each other then laughed lightly.

"I thought you said you were just gonna rest peacefully inside your apartment or something?"

You smiled as Daniel's question was the same with your dark blue haired friend, Diane.

"Peace is just a distant dream."

Daniel and his friend laughs at your statment and face.

"Hey, Midget. So you were here. Thought I'd lost you or something."

Luke comments with a sneer before taking a sip from his drink, and  notices Daniel and his blonde friend.

"Sup, Dan. Didn't know you'd be here as well."

The green haired smiles and chuckles lightly as he glances at the two of you while feeling a little bitter inside.

"Hey. Are you two alone or..?"

Luke takes your hand, moving it towards to his mouth. He took a bite from your corn dog, making you irk as you haven't eaten nor bitten on it yet.

"Sis and the others are here, and this little one here said that she won't be coming but still came, which was unexpected."

He explained with a shrug as he chews then takes another sip from his drink.

"Stop calling me midget before I kick your ass."

You said while staring at him blankly as you finally take a bite on that delicious looking corn dog.

"Yes, ma'am."

He quickly replied monotonously at you.

"Anyway, thanks again, uh, Daniel's friend."

The blonde hums then smiles at you, still feeling kind of awkward.

"Yea, no problem. And it's Jay by the way."

You nod your head as you took Elias's drink, taking a sip without asking.

"Thanks again then Jay. And I'm
[Y/n]. See you later Dan."

You wave bye at the both of them then left, Elias following behind after saying his bye as well.

"Ohh, She has a cool vibe on her."

Jay comments as he looks at Dan while they both walk towards back to their friends.

"Of course she is."

Days had passed after meeting Dan's friend, Jay and your friend at the market, and it was quite fun.

You also saw Dan's group a couple of times and chatted with him when you're not occupied. You and Jay talked a couple of times as well, and he was quite funny because of the comments he was giving.
