You do not need to keep someone like that, it is really worth to value yourself than building a friendship that is shallow. Friendship grounded in God's love lasts. Don't be sad you are not losing a friend, someone is more deserving to spend life with. Of course it hurts. And somewhat you just have to be yourself.
