𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞

The yellow television box attached to the tree on the beach started emitting sounds, causing the group in the water to go up onto the sand to get a closer look. The screen was all static, and the only thing they could see was a faint black silhouette in the middle.

"Ah, ah! Ah, ah! Can you hear me, can you hear me?" The same voice called out. It was a strange voice that reminded Y/N of a cartoon character, rather than a human being. The tone of their voice was so laidback that it just seemed so out of place for the current situation. Though, she could feel a sort of evil behind it, as if it was just a cover for some sort of menacing villain. "Puhuhu... Surprised? You were totally surprised!" The thing let out a creepy giggle, making Y/N's while body shudder. "...Riiiight?" The thing quickly cleared it's throat. "Now then, sorry to keep you all waiting for so long. Let's leave all this worthless entertainment behind... It's time for the main attraction! You guys better hustle over to Jabberwock Park!"

As they said that, the screen and audio cut out, leaving the ground to sit their and wonder what just happened. "Could it be? This voice...!" Usami stuttered, her face filled with fear. "I-If this is... Oh this is very bad. I gotta do something... It's all up to me!" After that, she sunk down, a determined look on her face. "H-Hey! Wait!" Hajime attempted to call out to her, but she was already gone. "It seems that...was an unusual occurrence..." Togami pondered. "It's best if...we go, too... Jabberwork Park, was it? Let's hurry." Chiaki started heading in the direction of said park, Akane quickly following behind. "H-Hey! Wait!" She called out as she ran. Hajime turned towards the group. "B-But what about everyone who's swimming?" He asked. "There's no time to wait for them to change. I have a bad feeling about this." Y/N looked down, remembering that she had her swimming things on still. "I'll head over first." Togami said as he left. 

Kuzuryu scowled, giving his usual glare. "Shit, just what the hell is going on...? I'll be really pissed if it's something fucking stupid!" He barked before following the others. Y/N and the other students that had gone in the water were already racing to the hotel to get changed as fast as they could so they wouldn't be late. Thankfully it didn't take long and once they had gotten to Jabberwock Park, the strange person had decided to reveal themselves.

"Ahhhh-hahahahahahaha!" A voice boomed over all other noises, causing Y/N to flinch slightly. Only mere seconds after the creepy laughter rang through their ears, a small monochrome bear popped out from behind the statue. "Why, hello there! Thank you all for waiting! Long time, no see guys!" He chirped. "I am Monokuma! I'm the headmaster of this academy!" It took a moment for this information to click in, but by the time it did, the thing began speaking again. "Ahem, now that I have made my dashing appearance, the first thing I need to say is..." He paused before speaking. "This is so friggin' lame! Lame, I say! Lamer than the lamest lamesauce! Oh , wait. Lamesauce!? Is that tasty?" He drooled at the thought, getting completely off track. "Just as I thought... It was you!" Usami looked quite upset. "But...how...? Why is Monokuma here!?" 

"Aw shaaaadup!" The bear (who was now known as Monokuma) growled at the small rabbit. "I'm livid, you know... And I'm about ready to barf thanks to your lukewarm attitude!" His red eye seemed to glow as he spoke. "Just what's with this "heart-throbbing school trip" crap anyway!? I'm bored! So hopelessly bored! This just ain't fun at all! You better knock off this farce right now!" He was showing off his claws in anger, seemingly attempting to freighten them. "You've gotta make this, you know...meet the demand of the world." His claws finally lowered. "Nobody wants to see high school students living calm and peaceful lives." He scoffed, crossing his black and white arms over his chest. "What everyone wants to see is..."

"Other people's misery...and despair..." He gave a menicing chuckle. "Wh-What the hell is with this stuffed animal...!? Nothing he's saying makes any damn sense...!" Fuyuhiko was the first student to speak up. "What...what is going on? What is that thing?" Byakuya asked soon after.  "Be careful, everyone! Stay back and leave this to me! I don't know why Monokuma is here, but as long as I have this Magic Stick..." Usami trailed off. "Yah! Opening!" As the bear shouted that out, he pounced on the rabbit, both of them getting into a fight. Dust flew everywhere, making it hard to see what was going on. "Hai-yaa! Hai-yaa!" The bear shouted out. The rabbit's pleas could be heard, begging Monokuma to stop. After a few seconds, Monokuma was seen, stepping on the stick that Usami once held. "Dun-dun-day-dahhhhh! VICTORY!" He cheered, standing over Usami's weeping form with crossed arms.
