I walked downstairs for breakfast to Blake holding a pan with what looked like a slab of rock inside. Fallon and Liam were making smoothies.

"Morning." I said walking in.

"French toast?" Blake asked.

"For the sake of my teeth I'm gonna say no." I said.

"Is that what that's supposed to be? I thought that was burnt garlic bread." Fallon said.

"Français?" Blake asked Liam.

"Merci, but I don't think it's supposed to be blackened." Liam said.

"What in the name of Julia Child is going on here? It's like a war zone. Everybody out." Anders said.

"Dani, your breakfast." Liam said handing me a yogurt bowl with fruit and peanut butter.

"Somebody had to take over the cooking duties." Blake said.

"Look, if I had known that Mrs. Gunnerson was gonna infect the entire staff with typhoid, then Liam, Dani and I would have waited to move in." Fallon said as I started eating.

"It's the flu. Now, I will take care of the breakfast if you'll all just adjourn to the dining room." Anders said.

"Don't got to tell this guy twice." Liam said as we both walked into the dining room.

"So you looking forward to school?" Liam asked.

"Kinda I don't know." I said.

"I'm sure it'll be fine." Liam said.

"Can't be worse than Juvie can it?" I said sipping my drink.

Fallon drove me to school.

I was sat in History class.

"Alright class today we'll be discussing Venezuela." Mr James said. "Who can tell me the capital of Venezuela?"

"Caracas." someone answered

"Very good." Mr James said. "Who can tell me something else about Venezuela?"

"Venezuela was colonised by Spain in 1522. In 1811 Venezuela declared independence which they successfully established in 1821." I said.

"Very impressive Miss Jones." Mr James said. "How do you know this?"

"I'm good with dates sir." I said.

"When did Venezuela become an independent country?" Mr James asked.

"1930." I said.

"Who's the president?" Mr James asked.

"Well that depends sir. Currently there's an ongoing political crisis that started on the 10th of January 2019. Nicholás Madaro's presidency was challenged by  Juan Guaidó who also challenged Luis Parra." I said.
