Close your eyes,
Calm your nerves,
Compose yourself,
Let your mind flow,
And create what you feel.

You'll see and feel your own feelings,
Let all of it out,
Face your own fears,
No one knows how to help you,
If you're not going to help yourself first.

Take a breath,
When you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Accept and love yourself more than before,
Don't hesistate to make the first step,
You're not alone,
There are others who experience this phase too,
So embrace yourself,
And move forwards.
