"Appa?" yeona calls out softly as seokjin hummed for her to continue.

"I will introduce you to someone I like very much."

Seokjin grins and squishes the girl's cheeks, "ooohh my baby likes someone. Come on, tell me. Who's the lucky one that catched my girl's heart?"

Yeona giggled and blushed thoroughly, "appa stop teasing me." she pouts and tries to act mad but seeing her father all happy and smiley, she couldn't. "well.. he'll come over tonight, if that's okay."

"As long as my baby is happy, I'm happy." seokjin gave a small peck on yeona's forehead.

"Since we'll have a special visitor tonight, I'll make something extra special."

"Thank you so much appa, I love you." yeona hugs him tight as seokjin returned a sincere embrace, "anything for you."

The two lived in a spacious house; not too big nor too small. Seokjin is a single father of Kim Yeona. He had a stable job that fed both of them just enough. His husband left the two for abroad and never came back again ever since yeona was born.

The misery took a toll on him. He tried to reach the ones close to his husband but they all were non responsive. His life back then was hard, he barely had anything to eat and to add to that, he gave birth to a child. He thought he wouldn't make it but one glance on his child, he was motivated.

"Appa! I'm home."

Seokjin smiled once he had heard her, he fixed himself and the table as he walks over to her until he was stopped in his tracks.

A boy- no. He wasn't just any boy, he looked too big to be a boy. 'With his huge biceps and veiny arms- no way.' His heartbeat suddenly increased, 'why the hell am I nervous??' He didn't want to admit it but that guy sure is attractive.

"Hello Sir Kim, I'm Jeon Jungkook." the male introduced himself, eyes seductive towards him. Seokjin stuttered to give back a handshake, "Hi jeon, nice to finally meet you. My daughter's...?"

And with two seconds of silence, the girl replied instead, "my boyfriend, appa."

Seokjin hid his shocked face with a warm smile, "That's great, good to know someone is keeping my daughter happy. You do right?" he says while he leads them to the dining room.

"Yes of course sir, I keep her happy." seokjin nods with his reply and sat down, "Come eat, the food will be cold."

And so they sat, began to eat while seokjin minds his own business hearing his daughter giggle here and there while they talked. Once Seokjin raised his head to look up, he instantly locked eyes with jungkook. He held a confuse expression as the latter smirked at him while yeona kept talking to him but is not heeding of her.

Seokjin was about to swallow a bite when he felt a gentle touch between his legs so close to his area. He choked on his food and looked down to see Jungkook touching him with his booted foot. He choked even more as his daughter's eyes went on him.

"Appa are you alright?" she was about to take the glass of water but Jungkook went first and gave it to the man. Seokjin had no choice but to accept it, as soon as he caught his breath he spoke, "Don't worry, enjoy your meal. I'll be right back."

"Appa I'll come with-"

"It's okay baby, I'll help your dad. It's another way I can know him better." jungkook flashes her an irresistible smile where yeona can't say no at all. "Of course babe, help my dad okay."

Now he knew why yeona fell for that jungkook guy. 'Beautiful bastard' Seokjin hissed as he walked to the hallway. Until yeona was nowhere in sight, Jungkook lifted the male up in his arms with ease. Seokjin yelped but kept it low, he was mad at the action and was about to scold him for it when Jungkook spoke, "Where's the bathroom"

"Put me down this instant jungkook." he says sternly, brows knitted in anger. Jungkook just chuckled, "You're so cute when your mad. Seriously though, where's the bathroom," he wraps his arm around the older's waist, "or you want your daughter to see us like this mr kim?"

"You-" Seokjin held himself shouting at the younger, "end of the hallway to the left.."

"Good boy."

In that statement, Seokjin was mad at himself for blushing at that. Jungkook smirked that the elder wanted to slap off so bad.
