1x02 Some People Just Want To Watch The World Burn (PART TWO)

Teigan: Now let's watch Hope, Raf and Ric find Landon. 

Ric's Jeep comes to a stop on the side of the road next to a woods. Ric and Hope get out o the front while Raf gets out from the back. They are walking through the woods. 

HOPE: I don't know why he's still out here, he has a whole days lead on us, he could be anywhere.

RAF: Maybe because he doesn't have a reason to run. 

HOPE: I imagine that would be perfectly believable if he hadn't you know, ran. 

RIC: Shh. 

The three of them come to a stop, Hope and Raf turn to look at Ric. 

RIC: You hear that? someone's here. 

Ric runs off with Hope and Raf following. They come across a woman sitting against a tree, she stands up.

RIC: It's okay, I'm not gonna hurt you. Were you on the bus? Can you tell us what happened?

HOPE: She's a survivor?

RAF: Smells like it, she reeks of smoke. 

Rebekah: He could have been more polite about it. 

RIC: I think she's in shock.  I need to get her to the police so she can get some medical attention. Why don't you two go ahead, don't engage, we don't know how dangerous Landon is.

RAF: He's not dangerous-

RIC: I said don't engage. 

HOPE: Come on. 

Hope walks back the way they came, with Raf following her. Ric watches them leave then turns back to the woman. 

RIC: I need to get you some help, if you want to follow me. 

The woman takes Ric's hand and he leads her back to the car.

Kol: Would I be right in saying that she is not who she says she is. 

Hope: You would be right uncle Kol.

Hope and Raf are walking through the woods.

RAF: What exactly happened on that bus?

HOPE: No one knows, they say something incinerated it from the inside. 

RAF: Look, whatever he did I know that there is a good explanation. He's the most loyal friend I've ever had. He was there for me on the worst day of my life. After my girlfriend died he's the only one thing that kept me going so let me get that knife back for you and then we can both hear him out, okay?

HOPE: I appreciate the passion but maybe you should exert some of it making new friends. 

RAF: So I can be as popular and well liked as you? Yeah I've been at the school for two days and  I've already heard all about Hope Mikaelson and her sunny disposition. I'll get you the stupid, not stupid knife and the answers you want, I promise. 

Hayley: You really aren't being polite are you?

HOPE:  And why should I believe you?

RAF: Because I don't lie. (Hope Laughs)
