2) Tulip garden

You woke up to the sound of your phone buzzing. It was a reminder from Kuroo; saying that the get together is at 4. You told him that you weren't going but he wouldn't take no as an answer. Kenma called you to try and convince you to go with him. You kindly declined until you got a knock on your door. There, Kenma stood in front with a new game that you and him wanted to play. 

"Kenma? What are you doing h-" Kenma interrupted your sentence. "Y/N.. if you come to the get together.. i'll let you have the game. Don't forget.. it was pretty expensive you know?" Your eyes trailed to the game case he had in his hand. "Are you trying to bribe me..?" you teasingly asked. "...yes.." you let out a sigh and told him to come in. "How bad do you want me to go..?" you softly asked. "Very bad. I want my best friend to give me company." he pouted and crossed his arms. Surprisingly, Kenma never does that.

"Fine. But, I will only swing by. Just for a little.. I don't wanna stay for too long." He acceptably agreed and helped you get ready. By the time it was 3, you were wearing a (f/c) satin dress, with silver rhinestone lace up heels. Your makeup wasn't too heavy nor too light. "Uh Kenma..?" He looked up from his phone to look at you. He smiled. It was pretty rare to see Kenma smile. "The dress is too short.. can we find another dress?" He shook his head no and said that you guys had to leave now. 

You pouted your lips and gave him puppy eyes. It doesn't affect him at all as he grabbed your hand. "C'monnnnnn you'll have fun." You followed behind him as he walked up to his car. During the car ride, you sang your song to him and explained what happened at the studios. "What?! Y/N you are such a great singer. That guy just has bad taste in music!" you giggled all they way to the restaurant. Seeing Kenma like this really makes you happy. Almost happy enough for you to forget about Lev. 

You and Kenma walked inside and saw the whole team. You haven't seen them in a while so you pulled them into a firm hug. You let them go and slowly got confused on why they were staring at you. "Wow.. you never dressed like this Y/N-chan~" Kuroo teases. You blushed hard and waved your hand in front of him. "Yeah, yeah.. I knowww!" Taketora interrupts your guys conversation and makes you blush harder than before. "WOW!! Y/N-SANNN~ YOU LOOK HOT!" You were very embarrassed but was able to stutter out, "T-thank you T-Taketora.." You and Kenma sat down by each other and talked. 

Your heart thumped loud after you heard a familiar voice. You couldn't handle it and excused yourself to the bathroom. You took some deep breaths before a knock was heard. "Y/N? Are you okay?" Kenmas voice was soft and soothing to hear. You open the door and held him into an embracing hug. "I wanna go home now.." He slightly nodded and hid u behind him. "Welcome back Lev. But I have to work early tomorrow so I'll be heading out now." Lev looks at Kenma with a pout. "Already?! It's only 5?!" You took a quick glance at Lev. But wasn't able to see his face. You could only see his hair; But to your surprise, you see a girl holding his arm. Kenma and Lev were still talking but you couldn't stay any longer. "Oh right, this is Jenny. My girlfriend." He kisses her nose as she giggled.

You couldn't wait, right when you were about to slip away, you heard Lev point you out. "Whose that behind you Kenma?" He turns his head back to look at you. "She's just a friend. She isn't feeling too well at the moment so I'm gonna drop her off." Lev nods his head and says, "Well, I hope you feel better!" Those words made your heart beat faster. You put your hand in front of Kenma and waved at Lev.

You guys finally left and got in the car. On your way back home, you asked Kenma to drop you off at a garden. "Are you sure Y/N..?" You nod your head and he drove you to your destination. You jumped out and thanked him for the ride. "Oh wait.. here." As he passes you the game, you put it in your purse and kissed his head. "Thank you for being my best friend.." He smiled at you before driving away. 

You walked through the garden. It was filled with Tulips; your favorite flower. As you gently grazed the flowers with your fingertips, you looked up to see a man doing the same thing. Your smile faded as he quickly made eye contact with you. You quickly looked down at the flowers, pretending to admire them as a distraction. "Y/N? Is that you..?" His voice was filled of hope. You looked up to see him but wasn't there. You looked behind you and a pair of long arms have you wrapped. 

"L-Lev.." You wanted to hug him back, but you fought to keep your arms on your side. He let go and cupped your face. "I missed you.. so much.." His hands were warm. Warm enough to calm you down just by his touch. You pushed him back. Not wanting to break down in front of him. "H-How was America..?" you asked shyly. "It's nice. I made a couple of friends and I became a worldwide sensation.. just the way you wanted me to become. How are you Y/N-Chan?" You were too embarrassed to say anything about your failure in becoming a singer. "Well.. I- uh... I've been doing okay. I'm writing music now so there's that." He stared at you. Blushing profusely. 

"Y/N..-" He walks closer to you. "-you look so...beautiful." He was admiring you. Praising you with compliments. You felt your cheeks heat up from blushing. "Y/N.. why did we end this?" he holds your hand while the other holds your face. His eyes were searching yours as he waited for an answer. "B-because.." He kisses your lips. You felt all the feelings you had for him before, coming back in a rush. You wanted to kiss him back but realized he moved on. You pushed him back again, following with a slap across his face.

Your tears threatening to fall out. "Please.. Please don't do this to me right now.. I can't handle it." He embraces you into another hug, letting you cry into his chest. After you calmed down, he offered to drive you home but you refused to take his time away to drop you off. So you called a taxi. "Will I see you again..?" he asked as he opened the car door for you. You sit inside and looked up at him. "Probably not.. I don't wanna become a burden to you or your girlfriend." Before sending you off, he whispers into your ear, "You will never become a burden to me my love." 

As you sit down on the edge of your bed, you thought to yourself, "I don't want to cause a problem between me and Jenny." You decided to keep yourself inside the house for a week. Only letting Kenma visit you. "It seems to me that you still love him.." You shook your head; "No I don't. He's happy now.. happier with Jenny. She's gorgeous and nice.. I can see why he's with her." Kenma karate chops you in the head and states, "He's obviously still in love with you.. I saw the way he looked at you. Last night, I didn't really leave. I drove around the corner and texted Lev to go to the place he fell in love with you."

You heavily sighed and laid down. "I don't ever wanna see him again. It's going to hurt a lot.." Kenma held you in his arms as you fell asleep. Meanwhile Lev went to the airport with Jenny; only to drop her off. "Thanks for the help." He hands Jenny 50 bucks as she smiled at him. "No problem. Say.. this Y/N girl.. do you really love her?" Her eyes sparkled in the light as he chuckles. "Yes.. yes I do." Looking at the photo in his hand.
