Brittany decided to sleep in a little on Saturday because she didn't have any classes until Quinn barged into her room.

"Wake up, Britt. I want to go on a run," Quinn said as she threw a pillow at her roommate's head.

"Go alone. I'm sleeping, can't you tell," Brittany said with clear annoyance in her voice.

"Please. You didn't run with me last week either. You're so lazy it's impressive."

"Fine. You owe me big time, Q," The taller blonde said as she got out of bed and headed to the bathroom.

Although Brittany wouldn't admit it, she enjoyed the run. She finds it very helpful to run through the city and clear her mind from any troubles. Both girls loved New York City because every corner had something charming about it. Charming is probably the nicest way to describe it because rats and garbage bags out on the street are not necessarily charming. But that was the city's unique aspect.

They ran until they got to a diner that served brunch. It was around 11 so too late for breakfast but too early for lunch. Quinn had pancakes, and Brittany had some waffles because she loved that you could hold syrup in each little squares.

After eating, the girls decided to subway back to their apartment because they would probably vomit if they ran the three miles back to their place. As soon as they walked into the apartment, Quinn called first shower and ran to the bathroom. Brittany didn't really care. She had some emails she needed to respond to anyway.

At around four in the afternoon, the girls started getting ready for work.

"Quinn, where's my uniform. The blue one with gems on them."

"I think it's in the bottom drawer," Quinn said from the bathroom as she curled her hair.

"No, that's the blue one with glitter. I want the one with gems," Brittany said, frustrated.

"Britt, just wear that one. It's the same thing."

"No, because I don't want to get any glitter on the wom-, I mean any customers," Brittany said, slightly stuttering trying to cover up her thoughts on the birthday girl from the previous night.

"Brittany. You can't seriously think she's going to come back tonight. Girls like that come to the club once a year for their birthday. Maybe twice if they get engaged."

"Well, a girl can dream. So help me find the blue uniform with gems. Please," the blue-eyed girl said with the tiniest bit of sadness in her voice.

"You exchanged ten words max and gave her two lap dances and are completely head over heels for her. I can't imagine what will happen if you have a full-on conversation. You'll probably propose or something," Quinn finished her sentence laughing at her friend.

"Ha...ha...ha...very funny. But if you keep making fun of me, we are going to be late and get fired. So get your ass in here and help me."

After 30 minutes of searching for Brittany's blue uniform, the one with gems, NOT glitter, the duo were finally ready. On Saturdays, they had to arrive at the club an hour early because that was Quinn's big singing night, and she had to do sound checks. Brittany didn't mind; it gave her more time to stretch.

"Ladies. It's a jam-packed night, so I hope you are all ready," Kurt started saying as all the performers gathered around him. "Remember to take your breaks. I don't want anybody to get hurt. I can't deal with that. Safety first, dancing second. Also, I'm banning heels above seven inches. If one more girl is out because of a broken ankle, I'm going to need to look for new girls, and I don't want that."
