Not Switched at birth

The Camping

While all four parents thought their daughters were at a different friends house. They weren't. They were getting down and dirty. By that they were just camping out. No cabins just tents and fresh air. If their parents new where they were the girls would get punished. Their parents want them to get to know each other, but they don't want them to get very close. They thought it wouldn't be a very good idea considering what happened. It's a good thing both girls were deaf. If one wasn't everything would be a mess.

The girls really bonded on this trip. Both of them decided exactly where they wanted to go and what they were going to do. They went to a forest near their house and they just wanted to sit and talk. Just talk about what their lives would have been if they were switched at birth. What would have happened.What would everyone do. The two deaf girls really bonded during this time. They new their parents wouldn't be happy, but they were glad they got to know each other. Bay and Daphne started the first of three days by setting up camp.

Day 1: They girls both set up camp. Then they split up so they could find branches for the fire. Bay went south of camp and Daphne went north of camp. While Bay was going to find branches she was stopped by this poor bird. The bird leg and wing was broken. Bay needed to do something. She went back to camp and found as much branches as she could before she got back. She nurtured the bird until the bird got better. Daphne on the other hand stayed looking for branches. She didn't let any distractions get into her way. She needed a basket for how much branches she collected. Its a good thing too because Bay hardly got any. When both girls got back they tried to make a fire. It took them about 3 hours to actually make one because Daphne forgot to bring the matches. Once the fire got going the sun started to set. The girls were really tired and just wanted to go to sleep.

Day 2: They girls got up really early. At about 7:00 am they already made and ate breakfast. They wanted to walk around at noon. They were in a beautiful forest and so Bay said "Hey Daphne, would you mind if we walked around for a bit."

Daphne signed back "Oh no! not at all. If you didn't say anything trust me I would've. In her mind she really meant Hell yea I mind. I don't want to walk around in this stincken forest. Sure it was my idea to go camping but I just wanted to get to know her. To know the girl I was apparently suppose to be switched at birth with. Later on, Daphne was glad that they were walking around. They found a little something in the forest. Daphne's boyfriend! Emmett was there. He knew Daphne and Bay too much he knew they weren't spending three nights at their friends house. Emmett signed "Hey guys! I was bored at home, you mind if I spend the rest of the time here?" Daphne of course replied "Heck yeah! Why would we say no to you!"

Bay looked upset. "Yeah of course you can stay Emmett! Your my best friend why wouldn't you be able to? Just one condition. This is suppose to be Daphne and my time to get to know each other. So, you guys have 5 minutes today and 5 minutes tomorrow to be all coupley and stuff. The rest of the time is for all of us to get to know each other" Everyone agreed. They spent the rest of the day together walking, signing, and talking.

Day 3: The third day they just packed up to go home. Daphne was carrying lots of things and she hurt her ankle. She thought she twisted it. Emmett and Bay hurried to the hospital. It was hard because they needed to take the stuff as well. They finally made it. They called their family.
