❝ MY FIRST ❞

donghyuck was suddenly woken up from the sound of rummaging. his vision was still blurry trying to adjust to the bright morning beam that was shooting through the blinds from the outside.

ms.jeong was inside the closet holding a few outfits before turning to see he had woken up. "oh! donghyuck, please put this on and meet mark downstairs asap" she laid out an outfit beside the tanned male as he sat up rubbing his puffy eyes.

"why did he want to see me?" he questioned himself before removing the warmth from himself, whining at the cold that invaded his body. he was already annoyed by this, one thing mark is going to have to get used to is him sleeping in.

he started to strip his clothes lazily and putting on the given outfit. he slouched and moped his way downstairs while yawning, he really wasn't a morning person.

"hello donghyuck-ah" mark grinned taking a sip from his coffee mug while leaning by the counter.

"oh good morning mark, are we going somewhere today?" he yawned once more grabbing a mug from the cupboard. he grabbed the coffee machine and poured some, still being half asleep.

"yup, ill tell you once we are in the car. oh i also heard from ms.jeong that you are a children's book writer? or trying to be at least" He chuckled whilst pulling a small smirk not noticeable for the younger.

"mhm, if you paid attention to me at our meet up you would know this alrea- OH SHIT! SPEAKING OF THAT I HAVE TO CALL TAEYONG" he spat out his coffee and harshly slammed his mug onto the counter. he struggled to pull out his phone. he dialed taeyong and held the phone up to his ear, nervously biting on his nail.

"hello? hyuckie?"

"hyung I'm so sorry, i didn't keep track of time and forgot we had another presentation we had to show" he bit his lip nervously before shifting his gaze over at mark who just sipped his mug.

"dont worry about it, i heard about the news so i just presented it for you"

donghyuck sighed in relief, "bubu! you idiot! i love you" he giggled earning small coo's come from the older through the phone before hanging up.

"was that your boyfriend?" mark raised an eyebrow at the younger, he was a bit jealous. donghyuck was a light shade of pink, he nudged the older whilst pouting.

"what! no hes not my boyfriend hes just a good friend of mine" he rolled his eyes throwing his mug into the sink next to mark's. "good.. lets head out" he rolled up his sleeve staring at his watch.

the two left the house shortly after saying their goodbyes to ms.jeong. they got into the car and started driving into the city, donghyuck stared out the window like a puppy who was experiencing the world for the first time.

"So where are we going?" he looked at mark slowly gazing to see he was driving with one hand leaving him to scoff once more with an eye roll.

"We are going to my studio to record the new album like i said last night" his plan was different than what he told the younger, he was going to have donghyuck sing for him instead.

they stopped in the back of the building to avoid any fans who may be in the front, they got out and went inside to be greeted by his ceo.

"you're going to be using the studio today?" the formal man raised an eyebrow glancing at the shorter one next to him. "oh yeah, I'm also bringing donghyuck remember the scandal?" he laughed off the guilt.

"yeah i remember, you do realize having him around could get you into serious trouble if your fans see right? whatever anyways you have until tonight because we have the band exo coming in to record their newest album" the ceo clicked his tongue, crossing his arms he eyed down the two.

he nodded in agreement and pushed donghyuck into the elevator. mark pressed a button to the 3rd floor, a little beeping sound escape through the speakers. donghyuck started to hum a song that played faintly in the background while the elevator went up.

"okay here we are" mark walked into the recording room and just plastered a smirk on his face.

donghyuck raised an eyebrow at him and looked around to see if he was smirking at him, "uh what's going on?" he felt such a weird aura around him, almost unsettling.
