Jotaro and old man Joseph got to Morioh before the woman and her companion could. The companion was eager to fight the Joestars, but his companion stopped him. "Not yet. We have to watch here, acting too soon will result in our failure.," the woman spoke to her masked companion, "Although, I would not mind buying something from the shops here." Her companion looked at her then to the Joestars down below. The two masked people listened to the Joestars below them. Joseph was saying something about how he recognized the place before he stopped himself. Jotaro asked him what he was talking about. 'Of course he recognizes this place.,' the woman thought to herself, 'He's been here before.' Her clawed fingers tapped on her gold bracelets as she watched Old man Joseph walk away to look around, leaving Jotaro alone.
The masked duo watched as another pair of Japanese teens walked up, they seemed to be talking about their friend. 'So, Josuke and Koichi have arrived. Time to start the game.,' the masked woman thought and walked across the convenience store rooftop before jumping onto the road. Her companion followed her silently.  Her movements was noticed by Jotaro after he asked the two teens if they had seen anything strange. His face held a scowl to the masked woman, "You again. And this time you have a friend. Why the hell are you here?"

"I already told you that my task is to observe.," the masked woman replied, "But this particular place is a little special to me." The two Japanese teens looked between Jotaro and the masked woman. Jotaro stepped closer, looking like he wanted to fight her. She held her hand up, "My power is not going to be wasted on you, I have my own battle to fight. You three are not the ones we seek. However, you are the ones that these two seek." Her arms were held out, opening wide and beckoning the two possessed by an evil power to come out. Her cloak was opened enough for Jotaro to see her white outfit and gold Jewelry well. A moon charm and a star charm hung from her top.
From either side of her and her companion Two stepped out. Rohan and Okuyasu. "Okuyasu! What the hell man?!," Josuke yelled at his friend. Koichi seemed a little scared for Rohan. "Make this interesting for us please, I need a good story to tell the noble one.," The woman spoke and jumped back to the top of the building to watch from above. "Are you afraid of fighting us yourself?!," Josuke demanded. "Not at all Josuke-kun.," the woman replied with a voice that chimed with familiarity to the British-Japanese teen, "My orders are to watch, my battle comes later." Her companion landed next to her with a heavy impact, his greyish-tan skin was visible momentarily. "Enough talking! Fight!," The masked man ordered in a voice that was a little familiar to Josuke and the others of Morioh.

Jotaro had to stand out of the way of the fight as the teens battled the possessed individuals. It was a chaotic battle that had objects being flung everywhere. There was even a time where an AC unit was thrown towards the masked pair. Jotaro saw the unit be cut to ribbons by an unseen power. That could only mean that one or both of them had a stand. The two watched the chaotic battle below them, moving out of the way when needed. Jotaro knew they were keping the word as they were not attacking, just observing. But, how long would they just observe the battles? These two knew who the 'Noble One' was. Jotaro could interrogate them, but he did not know what these two were capable of. The battle raged and was finally over, Koichi and Josuke were victorious. Rohan and Okuyasu tried to run but Jotaro stopped time to block them from escaping, he was able to get Rohan in the light of the corpse part he had. Okuyasu ran off before he could be purified. Josuke ran after Okuyasu.
Jotaro looked up to where the masked individuals were, they were gone. They leave as quietly and as quickly as they came. Something sparkled up on the place where the woman was, another dropped item. Jotaro picked it up, it was a beaded circlet. The circlet that belonged to (y/n)'s mother! He wondered why this woman had objects that pertained to (y/n). Did this masked woman have Something to do with the tiny girl's disappearance? Jotaro jumped down from the store roof and went back to searching this Era for the parts and talking to the ones that lived in that era.
