Jasper's POV

Lukai , I never thought that I would hear his name again.

He was apart of my past, the part of me I didn't let anyone know about, even Rose. I was going to tell her... eventually, it just never seemed like the right time.

Imagine having to explain to your soulmate how your only brother disgraced his lineage and his family . By leaving the title that was rightfully in his hands, he disappeared off of the face of the planet and I didn't think I would ever see or hear of him again.

I did know however that he was alive, I knew he was running with the rogues, building up a pack from nothing. He had turned bad, went to the dark side, aligning with the enemies who want nothing more than to see my pack crash and burn. Because that is what Lukai has always wanted, to prove himself as better than me, especially in my parent's eyes. Even though he was in line to be Alpha they had no respect for him after all that he put them through.

And now he has her, Rose. The only thing that matters to me anymore, he's trying to take everything I have, and the last puzzle piece to complete it is my Luna.

After we got his name out of the rogue, we killed the rogue and dropped him off of the face of the earth for the trouble he caused. I have no patience for games, I need answers and to get Rose back as soon as possible.

And now we're here, Emery and Avery as well as Dorian who is seated across from me. They look solemn. Their faces reflect my soul, empty and void of all happiness, Rose is my happiness and without her here it feels like a deep pit of swelling darkness.

"Okay so this is what we know," Emery begins, her silver hair is pulled up into a tight ponytail, "Lukai has her, we have an area but no specific location."

"We don't need a specific location," Avery cuts in, "Jasper is able to sense being close to her," He looks pointedly at me, raising a brow.

I nod, "Right, I just need to be close enough to sense her, even if it's only a little I won't stop until I find her."

"Then we've got to round up men and women who will want to help get her back. Roses mom will definitely be in to get her daughter back. We don't know too much about Lukai and this newly built pack of rogues so we'll be going in blind." Dorian says.

"We'll be going in blind but we have something that they don't have,"

They spin in their chairs to look at me at the same time,

"Lukai, he is my brother, so I know his weak spots," I pause letting the information sink in for them, they all gasp as they stare back at me in shock. I don't let them speak as I continue, "But we also have time and surprise on our side. They don't know that we know they have Rose. So we need to act fast before they realise one of their rogues has gone missing"

They all nod smiling at me.

"Let's go get our girl back"

Rose's POV

It's been hours.

I have been sitting in the same position on the bed, cross-legged and facing the only door leading in and out of this room. That woman, Angelique, whoever she is, left me in the this room after my bath and hasn't returned. I changed into the spare set of clothes she left me and then moved to this bed where I've stayed.
