Chapter 4- Not Enough Sugar

Recap:
I heard a loud thud and turned around, curious to see what could have made such a noise. The second I saw what had happened I began to laugh and giggle. On the floor, lay North and Raven.

North had landed on top of Raven, and it looked a lot like a lover's embrace, with Ravens arms in North's waist.Thier legs were even entwined with each other's.

But what made it even funnier, was the look of pure rage and disgust towards each other on both men's faces......

Sang's POV:

I giggled madly as i watched them wrestle each other for a few seconds before finally de-tangling themselves and standing up.

Both of them glared at each other but turned to look at me quickly with strange looks on their faces. I stopped laughing instantly. Did I really sound that bad?

I looked at them for a moment, before picking up my basket and heading into the next aisle all while saying " if you're going to come with me hurry up please".

Fast as lightning, both men followed me and once they reached me, they stared at each other for no apparent reason, before north stepped in front of me and raven stayed behind me.

North then turned to me and asked
"what is it that you are looking for? I can help you". I nodded seeing no reason to be against letting them help me shop. " I need as much nutritional canned food you can find, within reason of course.

North nodded before proceeding to head down the aisle to where i could see cans of soup. I followed him down the aisle, letting my eyes wonder. North soon returned, arms ladened down with what looked like a nice variety of soup and other canned vegetables.

I had a quick once over at what he chose before holding up my basket for him to put them in. He scowled for a second before grabbing the basket off of me, placing the soup inside, and holding the basket at his side. Then he turned to me and asked " what next Sang?"

I contemplated for a second before realising that I needed milk and some sort of meat for my dinner tonight.

" Meat and milk please North"

He nodded before walking In the direction of what I assumed to be the fridge section. Once thee, he grabbed some milk for me and then asked what type of meat I wanted. "Mince please" he reached down, pondered for a second before grabbing the mince packet at the back of the pile, and adding it to the basket.

"What now?"
" Shampoo, conditioner, hair dye and then dishwashing detergent."

Raven moved so that he was standing next to me and then pointed and said " person care is that thing"

I nodded, understanding the man's confusing speach as that was how most Russians started out when learning English.

We headed entered the personal care isle, and the first thing I did was grab some hair tyes and some blue hair dye, before grabbing the shampoo and conditioner. Then I grabbed a clean sheet and pillow case set before taking some toothpaste and a tooth brush.

At this point I was starting to get even more dizzy and a sort of fuzz was developing in my head. I shook it off, thinking it was just exhaustion, before heading into the next aisle where the sign above it said cleaning items. I then grabbed a large bottle of bleach, some dishwashing detergent, some cloths, and a scourer.

"I think that's everything", I said, eyeing the rather full baskets that North held.They looked pretty heavy.
Raven smiled at me and then began to walk in the direction of the cashiers.

It was a busy time to go shopping so there was at least three people waiting in each line of the cashiers, so I picked the line that seemed to be moving quickest and joined it

I held out a hand for one of my baskets and was a bit annoyed when north shook his head and said "No Sang Baby. You shouldn't be carrying heavy things right now" I pouted, knowing deep down he was right, but not wanting to be an invalid, dependant person. Letting other people help me had never been a strong suit of mine.

Raven suddenly left the line, and I stared at his back, wondering where he was going. He returned a few seconds later, two fruit cups in his hands. " Here you eat". I knew exactly what he was trying to do and refused. " I'm sorry Raven, but I'm not up for marriage at the moment".

He looked sad for a second before Trying again. " It's good for you. You eat."

I shook my head again, and went to say something else, but the "thankyou for shopping with us" from the cashier lady caused me to pause. There in Norths hands was my shopping, all bagged up and payed for. But I hadn't payed for it.

I narrowed my eyes at North, but he just smiled and started walking to the exit. " North you didn't have to pay for me, I could've done it myself!"

He simply smiled and kept walking. I ran to follow him but stopped abruptly as I began to sway. Shit. I hadn't consumed enough sugar so my blood sugar levels must be dangerously low. I felt the fuzzyness in my head grow, and soon my vision turned black.

I felt myself fall, but I landed on something hard, yet squishy and warm. This feels nice, I thought, before I passed out.
