Chapter 13 Hikaru Saito

Hikaru

Someone called me while I walked to the guild "Hikaru" Tsunade jumped into my arms "what's got you in such a happy mood?" I ask stumbling back from the impact she grinned showing me her hand "I'm an official sabertooth member again" the red sabertooth insignia laid on her right hand "did you finally decide to take Mr Eucliffe's offer?" I ask as she nodded eagerly "thank you Hikaru" my cheeks flared up as she kissed my cheeks "bye Hikaru!" Tsunade winked with a cheeky grin before running off.

Mrs Dreyar raised a brow while I face-planted into the bar bench "what's wrong with you?" she asks my mind swirled with thoughts "Mrs Dreyar..." I look up at her spilling the whole events to her "that's quite surprising" she blinked in surprise "does this mean she likes me?" I ask "well if I had to guess I'd say-" "hey Juvia could you help me with these things?" ms Mira asks carrying a bunch of boxes "sure I'll be right there Mira" Mrs Dreyar replies turning to me "you'll have to ask her if you want to know Hikaru" Mrs Dreyar ran off to go help ms Mira guess I'll have to ask her myself I sigh.

Tsunade

My hands flew to my head "but Yukino I don't know how to" I say as Yukino handed Ms Minerva her food "really? how hard did you find it to tell Kageya?" Ms Minerva asks as I looked up at her "Kageya was someone I did love before that date" I shiver remembering it  "Hikaru's different though he's one of my closest friends not my best friend we've been living together for the past few years for crying out loud" I push my pointer fingers together feeling the heat rushing to my cheeks I bashfully looked down "I can't just go up to him and say 'hey Hikaru I've been in love with you for the past few years so let's go out'" Kageya burst out laughing as I shot him a glare "that's the most hilarious thing I've heard!" he slapped the table in his fit of laughter "he'll be overwhelmed by me if I say that" I looked down at my drink "I'm doomed to be in the friend zone forever" my head dropped to the bar table.

Ms Minerva patted my head as I sulked "now now Tsunade I'm sure Hikaru doesn't see you that way" I looked up at her tears at the corner of my eyes "eh?" I blinked in confusion "don't tell you haven't noticed Hikaru's feelings for you?" Yukino asks my face flushes "he's made it quite obvious to me already Yuki" I say "but do I really have to go through with this?" I looked up with puppy dog eyes "of course you do" Yukino replies placing her hands on her hips "it's been long enough Tsunade" an idea popped into my head "Yukino?" I called she hummed in response "you want some hot pot?" she raised a brow at me "please say yes! I need the moral support" I clasped my hands together "no you need to do this yourself" I flailed my arms "we can help you prepare for it Tsunade however the rest is up to you" I gave a thumbs up grinning "ok".

Hikaru

Tsunade turned back to look at me stopping at the guild doors "Hikaru?" Tsunade calls I hummed "you up for some hot pot?" my eyes sparkled at the thought of it "heck yeah!" I beamed "oh... um... r-right could you come home a little early tonight?" she asks shyly am I seeing things I blinked in confusion rubbing my eyes is Tsunade really being shy?

Tsunade waved to Mr & Mrs Eucliffe and Cheney as they left our house "well that was a lovely dinner" she closed the door turning around to face me "yes quite" I grabbed her waist with one hand the other on her flushed cheek "H-Hikaru?" Tsunade's hands pressed against me rolling my eyes I smashed my lips against hers.

She flinched before her hands moved to my back staying there.

We pulled away opening our eyes slowly smiling at each other before going back in for another.

A sigh escaped my lips as I stared down at the picture of Tsunade on my phone "so is she the women who you ran away for young master?" Ritsu asks appearing behind me I screamed throwing my phone away as if it burned me.

Ritsu plopped down on my bed grabbing my phone "so this is the girl who's got your heart huh?" Ritsu placed a hand to my cheek to stop me from snatching my phone from his hands "she's pretty cute" I huffed finally giving up and laying down next to him "she's not cute Tsunade's beautiful" I say he gives me a weird look "I don't see anything special about-" a sudden blush appears on his cheeks as I took this opportunity to snatch my phone from Ritsu.

I gave him a knowing look "now do you see my point?" I smirk "her names Tsunade Mitsuki Dreyar she's the youngest of the Dreyar siblings..." I pause "so is she as beautiful as she looks?" Ritsu asks "yeah like us she also has a past but she's learned to move past her past mistakes" I say "ok?" Ritsu says with uncertainty "once you get to know her she's this bundle of sunshine full of kindness and warm person Tsunade's cares for her guildmates and family a lot that when someone hurts them she turns into the young thunder before the storm" I continue to tell Ritsu more about Tsunade.

He claps my shoulder "she sounds like a wonderful girl" Ritsu says as I could feel a smile curve my lips "it's a shame I didn't get to her first Tsunade would've made a great girl for me" I glared at him "don't even think about her Ritsu" I say angrily he chuckles "I won't chill" Ritsu held his hands up in defence suddenly there was a knock at the door "come in" I called Mr Tracey walked into my with a tray full of snacks "here are the snacks your mother has requested for you to have" Mr Tracey placed it down in front of me "what? no omo-rice?" I looked down at the tray "I'm sorry we don't have that" Mr Tracey bowed "it's fine" I waved it off "Mr Tracey can you ask the chef to make hot pot tonight?" they both looked at me as if I grew two heads "young master you're mother wouldn't allow such things" he says as Ritsu burst out laughing "man that Tsunade girls' really gotten to you" Ritsu rolled around on the bed "hey she's a good chef!" I retorted Mr Tracey sighed patting my head "then please take me to meet her one of these days so I may try some of her cooking."
