Rubbing my eyes I walked down the stairs "morning Makarov" I greeted yawning "good morning Tsunade" he turned his attention to me "are you feeling better?" he stirred his coffee "yep much better" I grabbed a pot filling it with water "really?" I felt cold hands on my forehead as I flinched away from him "nii-chan you're hands are cold!" he blinks in confusion "Tsunade you're still slightly warm" he points out "well I'm feeling better than before" I busied myself with breakfast "don't you think you should've said something to mom and dad about this?" Makarov asks "if I had they probably would've fussed over me and besides dad has enough to worry about."
Footsteps came in my direction as a body collided with my back "good morning Hikaru" I greeted "you should be resting" he lifted me up "I'm well enough to move around though" he shook his head "Tsunade you're face is still slightly red" Hikaru pointed out "only slightly" I reasoned "table" he pointed to the table huffing I reluctantly walked towards the table.
"I almost forgot to ask" I turned to Makarov who looked up at me "how did your date with Asuka-chan go Makarov?" a blush made it's way to his cheeks I guess it went well I chuckled at his reaction "I'll take that reaction as a good sign then Maka."
I glanced down at the shopping list in my hands "why do we need to come here?" Hikaru asks "Hikaru our fridge is almost empty" I replied pulling him along "we can go get something from your favourite bakery later."

I looked behind us as a man screamed frantically waving in our direction "Hikaru do you want some vegetable soup today?" Tsunade asks "yeah sure" I narrowed my eyes at the man who walked in our direction tightening my grip around her hand "hey Tsunade!" the blonde man slapped her back as she flinched "what the heck was that for you weirdo?!" Tsunade scowls at the man who just grins at her "Kageya" she deadpanned.
A blonde man raises a hand in greeting waving at us "I haven't seen you in a while" Kageya says while we made our towards the couple standing a few feet away from us "Tsunade!" a red cat flew towards her "hey Lector" she held the exceed petting him "how've you been?" the blonde man asks "I've been well" Tsunade says doesn't she have a fever... I eyed her "you had a-" "like I said I've been well master sting" she slapped a hand to my mouth her eyebrow twitching "uh..." the white-haired women say wait a minute! did she just say master sting?! my eyes widened as the realization hit me that means this guy's-!! I pointed at the man who sweatdropped "sabertooth's guild master Sting Eucliffe!" I screamed.
Sting Eucliffe smiles sheepishly giving me a wave "so how are you doing?" Tsunade asks ignoring my muttering didn't I meet him before at a ball held at my place? what if he recognises me? my hands flew to my temples "Hikaru someone will trip over you if you sit like that" Tsunade broke my train of panicked thoughts offering her other hand "thanks" I took her hand as she pulled me up "Hikaru? I've heard that name before..." Mrs Eucliffe trails off "right I almost forgot this is Hikaru he joined the guild a few years back" Tsunade says "it's nice to meet you" Kageya extends a hand for me to shake "nice to meet you too Kageya" I give his hand a firm shake we both give each other a hard stare "I heard from Miyuki that you two are living together" Lector says a teasing smirk curving his lips "so is he your boyfriend?" blood rushed to my cheeks "no!" I replied rather loudly "now I remember!" Mrs Eucliffe says "you're that guy Miyuki keeps mentioning she ships with Tsunade" she pointed at me "eh?!".
We both waved at them heading home "hey Tsunade?" I called she hummed in response "why were you apologising to them?" she avoids eye contact staying silent for a few minutes "I did something terrible to them in the past" Tsunade finally speaks up "terrible?" I repeat "yeah I know it doesn't seem like I would do such a thing..." she nodded her head "but I betrayed my own guild" she fiddled with a part of her dress "I regret doing that to them..." she stared down at the ground "you probably think I'm a horrible person now too" she pressed her lips together "not really you regret your decision" Tsunade looked up at me surprised with tears at the corner of her eyes "that's more than enough reason to still love you..." she perked up at my confession "because you apologised to them multiple times that just shows how much you care for them" a smile graced face her sea-green eyes softening my eyes widened as I felt the blush creeping onto my face.
