A week passed in a jiff. It was a busy week filled with rush to get ready for the engagement. Few days went with dress shopping and Engagement ring shopping. Shivaay and Anika also got some time to spend together and this time it was way easier as everyone already knew about their relationship.

Today was the engagement day. Everyone was present at the venue welcoming the guests and serving them. Anika and Shivaay were supposed to enter later with the grand entry. Outside of the venue was surrounded by media as the 2 huge businessman's kids were getting married. The most charming bachelor Shivaay Singh Oberoi was getting engaged. This was new which needed to be captured.

A car stopped in front of the venue. Anika and Shivaay looked outside and signs The media had surrounded the car. The guards got of and made way while Shivaay opened the door and helped Anika out. Shivaay wore and black sherwani while Anika wore a white and pink lehenga.(Same as in th show on their mehendi ceremony after the 3 month leap)

They walked to the entrance as the media started bombing them with question. Shivaay and Anika just smiled at them and headed inside the venue ignoring all the questions as if now.

As the enter the hall, the lights dim and spot light lands on Shivika. They link there arms as they enter and head to the stage.

Anika:(Whispering to Shivaay )"Esa nahi lag raha jaise hum kahin ke king ya queen hai. Matlab I know yeh deal aur engagement dono ki party hai per common inta bahar kyun"

Shivaay:"Maine bhi papa se bolta tha but they want this to be grand "(He said looking at Anika)

As the reached the stage, they were welcomed by Tej and Shakti who hugged them first before turning to the audience and making an Announcement.

Tej:"I am so happy to announce that my elder Son Shivaay is now getting married to my friends daughter Anika Rana. Along with their marriage we both also want to announce that Our companies will be merging due to a project. "

Shakti:"The dream project given by none other then Mr. Malhotra. Plz welcome him on stage"

Mr. Malhotra:"Thank you everyone. First of all congratulations to Shivaay and Anika for their new relationship and congratulations to everyone from oberoi and rana industries for getting this dream deal. We are to sign this deal right after the engagement ceremony takes place."(Everyone clapped when tej came forward and announced that it's time for the engagement)

Anika and Shivaay came forward while their family members also came on stage. The rings were brought out and given to both of them as they turned to each other.

Shivaay held out his hands towards Anika who smiled and placed her hand in his hand. She gripped her hand slightly before sliding the ring in her ring figure. Next Anika did the same and slid the ring in Shivaay's ring finger. Claps filled the hall as they Shivaay held her hand and intertwined his fingers with her. They turn to everyone else who was busy applauding and the media were busy taking pictures.

After the Engagement took place Shakti and Tej along with Mr. Malhotra left to get the deal signed. While everyone one by one came and blessed the engaged couple. Next Shivika gave a media interview officially announcing their engagement and Answered some questions.

After tej and Shakti came back everyone gathered around the dance floor for a dance.

Shivaay:"So Ms. fiancee how about a dance"(He said as he held out his hands)

Anika:"I would love that Mr. fiance "

The song came on as everyone headed to the dance floor to dance.

Anika kept her hands on Shivaay's shoulder while one of his hand went on her waist. Their other hand intertwine with each other as they sway to the beat.

Dhoondhe se milte nahi hain hum
Bas aap hi aap baaki hain

Anika looks around to see Arnav and Khushi dancing with each other. She smiled seeing them happily dancing. She moves her eyes around to see Rikara and Ruvya also dancing lost in their world. There were many other couples dancing. She even saw Tej and Janvi dancing with each other and on one corner Shakti and Pinky were as well dancing together. She smiled seeing her family members busy dancing and turned to Shivaay who was looking at her. He raised he eyebrows asking why she is smiling. She just nodded no and smiled at him.

Pal bhar na doori sahein aap se
Betaabiyan yeh kuch aur hain
Hum door hoke bhi paas hain
Nazdeekiyan yeh kuch aur hain

Anika rests her head on his shoulder and they sway to the beat.

Anika:"Shivaay aapko kabhi laga tha ki hum 1 saal pehele mile the aur ab hum...humhari shaadi ho rahi hai"

Shivaay:"1 saal pehele socha toh nahi tha ki isti pagal lardki se pyaar ho gaya par kya kare"(Anika looked up at him with a teasing glare while Shivaay chuckled )

Dekha hazaro dafaa aapko
Phir beqarari kaisi hai
Sambhale sambhalta nahi ye dil
Kuch pyar mein baat aisi hai

Anika:"Waise Shivaay aapne ek cheese notice ki"

Shivaay:"Kya?"

Anika:"Kuch hi hafto me hum permanent roommate bane wale hai"(She said as she winked at him)

Shivaay:"Roommate toh kabke ban chuke ab soulmates bane wale hain"(He said as he pushed her out and twirled her before bringing her back in his arms)

Aagosh mein hai jo aapki
Aisa sukoon aur paaye kahan
Aankhen humein ye raas aa gayi
Ab hum yahan se jaaye kahan

Shivaay twirled Anika again and this time her back was facing him. they swayed to the beat as Shivaay placed his head in her neck while she closed her eyes resting her back to his front.

Soon the song came to an end and everyone came of the dancing floor. It was dinner time so everyone headed to the buffet area to eat before headed back home. Shivika eat with rest of the youngsters gland at one table. Soon the guests started to leave and everyone headed back home.
