So I recently learned Feitan actually had Broken English because he's Chinese (Or Japanese I forget someone please tell me in the comments) in the old version of HxH and the manga, so I was wondering if I should make it so he's bad at speaking English (and also reading english) or should I just make it so he's fluent in English, and also Chinese.
